Nice place to stay...ten minutes by walk from 2 different metro station

Great place to stop on our short visit to Madrid as the area had plenty of restaurants, access to Metro and the apartment accommodated three of us very well was very clean and tidy with everything we needed.

excelente si buscas un alojamiento familiar, tranquilo, bien equipado, con buena calidad-precio y no te importa que no sea una zona céntrica. la inexistencia de ascensor puede ser un inconveniente para determinados viajeros.

La estadía estuvo muy bien. El apartamento es para 3 personas cuenta con una cama de matrimonio doble y un sillón en el que entra 1 persona y los 3 se puede estar cómodamente. La zona está bien, algo alejada del centro pero se accede fácilmente con bus y metro cerca. Mike fue muy atento durante la estadía. Muy buena relación precio-calidad

Siamo stati molto bene, abbiamo trovato un'ambiente pulito, ben attrezzato, molto felici per la posizione, fuori del centro e a un passo dalla metropolitana, grazie alla sig ra Paola, sempre cordiale.

Loved our stay at Miguel’s place. Quiet and cozy, lovely furnishings with high end details. Miguel was so flexible in letting us leave our bags before checking in. After our red eye flight, that was helpful. Ate out for our meals but kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating in. A/C units were both in living room area as well as bedroom which was nice as it was in the high 90 degrees when we were there. The only thing I would add is a tv in the bedroom but we Americans love our tvs. I was there with my adult son who slept on a very comfortable sofa and it would have been nice to have my own tv in the bedroom. A very pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and museums all within walking distance. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Ya había estado una vez , y he repetido . Muy buena ubicación , llegada independiente . Totalmente nuevo con todas las comodidades . Y el sofá cama comodisimo !!!! Supermercados bares , restaurantes … todo andando

Magnifique logement propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé proche des transports en commun.

Todo muy bien, el apartamento prácticamente nuevo, Daniel súper amable con nosotros, recomendable al 100%, ideal dos o tres personas. Hay una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. It’s really conveniently located in the centre of the city and is beautifully furnished. We had a bit of trouble entering on check in but the host was extremely responsive and helped immediately.

Nous avons été enchantés par l'accueil de Laura et sa fille malgré la barrière de la langue. Nous avons réussi à communiquer en Anglais car j'avais perdu cette langue (espagnole) de mon enfance. Tous les conseils de Laura nous ont été très utiles à propos des divers sites à visiter. Un gros avantage de cet appartement est son emplacement à proximité des stations de bus. De petits supermarchés (très pratiques) se trouvent également pratiquement en face du Airbnb. Au sujet de l'appartement: tout était impeccable, très confortable avec une literie au top ! Le logement était très calme et reposant. Il était très propre avec un excellent goût pour la décoration. Tout y était...même de quoi déjeuner le matin ! Notre voiture était sécurisée dans un parking sous-sol. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement, nous reviendrons dans celui-ci si nous passons par Madrid.

El piso es bonito y cómodo, concuerda con la descripción. Muy limpio y completo; había toallas y productos de baño. La zona es tranquila así que pudimos descansar sin problemas. Lo recomiendo.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

Duke was responsive and kind. He left us well prepared with guides of things to do in Madrid, as well as how to properly find our way around the Airbnb. Any questions we had were all answered immediately, clearly and with care. Definitely recommend!!

This place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Madrid. Our host was very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our baggage prior to check-in time. They were there to open the door and provided us with a key before we left. Very comfortable home and the location was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to relax while on vacation.
