Nice place to stay...ten minutes by walk from 2 different metro station

Great place to stop on our short visit to Madrid as the area had plenty of restaurants, access to Metro and the apartment accommodated three of us very well was very clean and tidy with everything we needed.

excellent if you are looking for a family accommodation, quiet, well equipped, with good value for money and you do not mind that it is not a central area. the lack of a lift may be an inconvenience for certain travellers.

The stay was great. The apartment is for 3 people has a double bed and an armchair in which 1 person comes in and the 3 can be comfortably. The area is fine, somewhat far from downtown but easily accessible by bus and metro nearby. Mike was very attentive during the stay. Great value for money

We had a great time, we found a clean, well-equipped environment, very happy with the location, outside the centre and a stone's throw from the metro, thanks to Ms Paola, always friendly.

Loved our stay at Miguel’s place. Quiet and cozy, lovely furnishings with high end details. Miguel was so flexible in letting us leave our bags before checking in. After our red eye flight, that was helpful. Ate out for our meals but kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating in. A/C units were both in living room area as well as bedroom which was nice as it was in the high 90 degrees when we were there. The only thing I would add is a tv in the bedroom but we Americans love our tvs. I was there with my adult son who slept on a very comfortable sofa and it would have been nice to have my own tv in the bedroom. A very pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and museums all within walking distance. I recommend it and would stay there again.

I had already been there once, and I have repeated. Very good location, independent arrival. Brand new with all the amenities. And the sofa bed is very comfortable!!!! Supermarkets, bars, restaurants... all within walking distance

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. It’s really conveniently located in the centre of the city and is beautifully furnished. We had a bit of trouble entering on check in but the host was extremely responsive and helped immediately.

We were delighted by the welcome of Laura and her daughter despite the language barrier. We managed to communicate in English because I had lost the language (Spanish) of my childhood. All of Laura's advice was very useful to us about the various sites to visit. A big advantage of this apartment is its location close to bus stations. Small supermarkets (very convenient) are also practically opposite the Airbnb. About the apartment: everything was impeccable, very comfortable with great bedding! The space was very quiet and relaxing. It was very clean with an excellent taste for decoration. Everything was there...even enough to have breakfast in the morning! Our car was secured in an underground car park. We highly recommend this accommodation, we will come back to it if we pass through Madrid.

The apartment is nice and comfortable, it matches the description. Very clean and complete; there were towels and toiletries. The area is quiet so we were able to rest without problems. I recommend it.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 metres from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

Duke was responsive and kind. He left us well prepared with guides of things to do in Madrid, as well as how to properly find our way around the Airbnb. Any questions we had were all answered immediately, clearly and with care. Definitely recommend!!

This place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Madrid. Our host was very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our baggage prior to check-in time. They were there to open the door and provided us with a key before we left. Very comfortable home and the location was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to relax while on vacation.
