We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

Anfitriones muy amables Apartamento muy limpio. Buena ubicación para ir a la playa. Paseo marítimo con muchos restaurantes, aunque en mayo suelen estar cerrados. Terrazas muy amplias y con buena orientación. Como pega, la cocina era de gas y no tiene lavavajillas.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en la foto. El wifi va estupendo,estuve trabajando dos días y sin una interrupción. El apartamento está apenas a unos metros de la playa, la terraza que tiene es espectacular y muy grande, genial para desayunar, comer o cenar. La casa casa estaba ordenadora y las camas eran cómodas. Echamos de menos algún utensilio como una sartén pequeña porque eran grandes pero por lo demás genial. Cerca del apartamento hay un par de bares, aunque parece que depende del tiempo abren todo el día o solo por la mañana, por lo tanto, si no es temporada de verano y buscas tranquilidad y paz es el sitio ideal.

Piso cómodo y acogedor, con fácil acceso. Zona muy tranquila, perfecto para descansar. Al lado de la playa y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Muy contento con la elección. 10/10.

The apartment was as described, location right at the beach which is a dream. Very nice opportunities to sit outside, either on the private balcony or on the rooftop. It is shared but each apartment has their own space. It was also clean. A car is absolutely necessary. The next supermarket is around 5 minutes by car but walking would be really far, as the apartment is located in a small village. Would absolutely recommend, just be aware that you will require a car and there is not much around. However great apartment for relaxing, enjoying the beach especially for a family

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado y pocos metros de la playa, aunque fue poco tiempo mi estancia estuve como en casa 100% recomendable

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Encantada con el piso !!! Te da paz !!! Vista a la playa !! A ver dicen que la felicidad no tiene precio pues si tiene y la consigues en este piso !!! Amé estos días de vacaciones y mejor imposible la ubicación del piso !!! A sido la mejor elección . Sin duda repetiremos el próximo verano . Muchas gracias!! Recomendando 100%

Un séjour vraiment très agréable chez Elia ! Une vue incroyable sur la mer et la piscine chaque matin pendant le petit déjeuner. Nous avons profité du lieu du matin au soir, et du soir au matin, avec une mer chaude et un soleil toujours au rendez-vous. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé : serviettes de douche et de plage, parasol, chaises, ballon de volley… tout est prévu ! L’emplacement est idéal, aussi bien pour randonner en montagne – où de magnifiques cascades nous attendaient – que pour visiter Valence, à seulement 45 minutes, une ville qui vaut vraiment le détour. Sans oublier l'Albufera à découvrir absolument en barque ! Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement. Elia est très réactive et très attentionnée. Merci beaucoup ! Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille.

Plaża za mostkiem po lewej jest ładniejsza. Mieszkanie ma duży potencjał a taras jest rewelacyjny. Pasuje mieć dwa guziki do wejścia. Nic mi nie brakowało. Salon i sypialnia z widokiem na plażę były na cudne. Gdybym miała coś zmienić wyrzucilabym stare drewniane meble i zrobiłabym dodatkową dużą sypialnie z widokiem na wschód słońca i plażę. Niesamowite miejsce choć samo miasteczko ciche i wyludnione. Dobrze mieć auto można zwiedzić kilka miejsc obok. Dziękuję i polecam

Die Wohnung ist ein wirklicher Tipp. Sie hat viel Licht von Osten und Westen, ist also immer hell, aber mittags nicht heiß. Ggf. gute Klimaanlage. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer (2 einzelne und eines ist vom Wohnzimmer durch eine Schiebetür abtrennbar. Es gibt viele Handtücher, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien.Vom Balkon sieht man den Strand und bis Valencia (18km). Die 4 km nach Perelló sind wir oft am Strand gegangen. (Tipp: Dort hatten Sonntagmorgens die Geschäfte geöffnet.) Zur Bushaltestelle 2 min, Bus fährt nach Valencia und Perelló. Parkplatz im Hof im Schatten. Elena und ihr Mann haben uns in der Wohnung erwartet, die Kommunikation war immer nett und sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Me alojé en este piso durante dos noches y la experiencia fue muy buena. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fácil y fluida, lo cual facilitó mucho todo el proceso. La ubicación es excelente, especialmente si vas a la Feria del Tomate del Perelló, ya que está muy cerca del recinto. Ideal para una estancia corta y práctica. ¡Lo recomendaría!

La casa es tal como.muestran las fotos. Muy cuidada, cómoda y bonita. La ubicación a pie de playa es inmejorable. Puedes ir andando a buenos restaurantes y hay supermercados a pocos minutos en coche. La zona exterior con la barbacoa y la zona de césped es también muy agradable. La playa es muy larga y puedes dar largos paseos. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días con amigos o familia.

Het huisje en vooral de tuin zijn geweldig! beide zijn groter dan ik had verwacht door de foto's. De locatie in het natuurpark en bij het strand is heel mooi! En de keuken was beter uitgerust dan ik ooit eerder heb gezien in een vakantiewoning. Ik ben erg gevoelig voor geluid dus ik was wel blij dat ik mijn oordopjes voor snachts bij me had, aangezien alles 1 ruimte is dus je hoort bijvoorbeeld de koelkast. Als je niet zo gevoelig bent sowieso geen probleem, anders een tip! Verder een heerlijke plek om uit te rusten, ik zou graag terugkomen in de toekomst :-)

The marina is a great location for the beach and many bars and restaurants and a short taxi ride away to the central of Valencia. We stayed on the boat for three nights and had a lovely time. The boat is fairly small inside but had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful house with great location at the beach. The house is in good condition and Kathleen is easy to be in contact with. Recommend a stay here!

Milá hostitelka, ubytování čisté a krásně to tam při příchodu vonělo. Výhled na moře k nezaplacení. Doporučuji!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette rêve de maison. La petite maison de Kitty est belle et très bien pensée et aménagée avec un gout spéciale que nous avons beaucoup aprecié. Elle est parfaite pour un séjour de une couple comme nous et la terrasse privée est très appréciable. Le quartier du Cabanyal est trs charmant avec beaucoup des restos et bars et la plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus longue et je recommande de venir et profiter de ce petit bijou.
