Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in El Médano

We loved it and the place was just as we imagined it. We would like to emphasize that the apartment was really very clean and the kitchen is well equipped! Poris de Abona is a nice little village, with a sand/pebble beach and also a small promenade with sunbathing areas and bathing ladders. Also, the place has easy access to the highway, so you can easily explore the whole island. Here we loved Susanna's tips and we had a nice time. The terrace of the apartment with sunbeds is quiet and cozy. It is about 5 minutes on foot to the sea. A small supermarket is right around the corner too. We enjoyed it very much, we would book again anytime.

The place is a beautiful gem. Luckily, we booked very early, otherwise it would have been gone. We can only recommend it to everyone. Lupe also provided us with many tips from the surrounding area and always made us feel welcome.

We were very well received by Armando, who gave us good advice for eating on the evening of our arrival and on the places to visit. Armando is very smiling and friendly, ready to help if needed. The accommodation is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and the terrace offers a beautiful view of el Teide! Victor's accommodation is a 2-minute walk from La Tejita beach, in a quiet, peaceful and elegant residential setting. A 2-minute walk away, there is also a shopping arcade with restaurants and a supermarket. The house is beautiful, with two beautiful outdoor spaces that are super enjoyable. The cleanliness, tidiness and services offered for our child (cot, beach toys, books) were also excellent. Victor was a super host, super helpful, able to give us tips about the area and super responsive in solving a problem with the coffee machine. It was a real pleasure to be your guest, we hope to see you again soon!

I spent 5 days at Marina’s villa with my family and it is a beautiful place to stay with a lot of things very close by which makes it very handy. She is also a great host just like all the previous reviews say as she responds quick and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future, worth every penny.

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Lovely house in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Well stocked with all kitchen appliances and equipment. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday with a well stocked cupboard with beach equipment, beach towels etc. They kindly provided us with snorkels when we asked. Also a small bike for tris to the shops. Within driving distance of all the good beaches. La Tejita beach great for walks and surf. Great surfing beach just nearby. Very convenient for the airport. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

The accommodation was ideal for the trip to Tenerife. The hosts always responded quickly to questions and made the stay very pleasant. The apartment matches the pictures and the pool was also very clean!

Perfect place! everything was just great -nothing more you need that makes it super holidays - very clean, full with all accessories you may need, water filter is the best(and delicious water), comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, big living.with sofa, waste balcoon with a view to close to sea, calm, view on mountains on thr other side, veery vlose to restaurants (very good pizzeria around) and café but also to.shops, city center, shops-Maria very helpful, responding, she helped with taxi when out transport didn't come. surely to recommand!!!! we want to be back to Mara Maria!

We had a fantastic stay at Beatriz's apartment in El Medano. The location is perfect for quick access to the beach and town, but also nice and quiet. The view is phenomenal and we enjoyed use of the well kept swimming pool. The apartment was really well equipped and we appreciated the beach towels and toys. Thanks so much Beatriz for a wonderful stay-we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect — just steps from the beach, and within easy walking distance to markets, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful ocean view. The bedroom had a warm, inviting vibe with soft lighting. It’s a great spot if you love wind and water sports — it’s a windy area, perfect for windsurfing. There are also beautiful hikes nearby with or without a car. Speaking of which, we recommend parking on the street rather than in the garage if you have a larger car — it’s quite tight, like most of the parking in Tenerife. One thing to note about EI Médano in general is that there's a subtle sewage smell that comes and goes, especially in the mornings when the wind isn't as strong. It wasn't constant, but worth mentioning. Overall, it's a lovely, cozy, peaceful place in a fantastic location.

Fabulous apartment in great location with amazing views. In a local area within 5 minutes walk of plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. Not really a tourist area but the local environment was very friendly and prices of food and drink very reasonable and cheaper than the San Blas area which was only a 20 minute walk away. Bus stops very close and good service. If you want a peaceful holiday with sun on the terrace from mid-morning to sunset and a great welcome from locals then this apartment is ideal.

Second time, we will visit again!

Our stay at Alejandro's went very well, he is an excellent friendly host who took care to offer us local cheese when we arrived and was particularly attentive during our stay.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

This was a lovely spacious clean apartment with a great area upstairs including a room that could be used as an office and an outside terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers. Julio was a very responsive host who met us at the apartment and went through everything with us. The apartment is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the bus stop and close to the largest supermarket in El Médano and a short stroll to the centre of the town. We would definitely stay here again if visiting El Médano.

we had a great stay in Maya's apartment. everything was tastefully decorated. the terrace is very large, very nice and the view is beautiful. parking space in a well-secured garage. access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. everything is thought out so that the stay goes well. access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. we really recommend it. we would sincerely like to come back. the place is ideally located to visit the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. it is close to Reina Sofia airport but we do not hear or see any planes. when you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect Maya is responsive and welcoming. she is committed to her guests having a great stay and it is successful

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

Had such a lovely stay! The flat had everything I needed and was within a few minutes walk to the closest beach, grocery and restaurants. Having coffee and dinner on both the private back patio and the front patio was such a delight. Patri was also an absolute angel! I had a bad surfing injury at the end of my stay and Patri made herself available to help me since I was traveling solo. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. Absolutely recommend Patri and Pedro’s place!

Very nice, clean, well-equipped and quiet accommodation in a great location. Good starting point for a variety of activities, whether beach or active holidays. Flexible check-in or out. Migle is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Everything is tip-top, I'd love to come back!

This is the second time we stayed (wife and x2 kids) in the same compound very neat, quiet, well maintained and safe. And like the last time we absolutely loved it. Overnight its very quite and peaceful even with the windows open and the kids had an undisturbed night. Kids loved the pool area which is not busy at all no matter what time of the day. Its very close (5min walking distance) to the beach and shops(2 mins) which makes it very convenient. Sandra is very lovely and greeted us and showed us around the flat. Communications was very easy with her via whats app. The flat is very clean, neat and spacious. Wife and 2 kids (2 and 4) we fitted very comfortably. We didn't have to buy any dish or clothe washing liquid as its already provided, smart TV with wifi, beach towels and games and we had a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. This is the 3rd time we have been to Tenerife and the 2nd time we have stayed in the same compound and we loved the place. Thank you Sandra
