Holiday rentals with a patio in El Manzano

We had a great experience! The apartment is very well located, with everything nearby — supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and public transport. In addition, the property is super well-equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The host was impeccable: he helped us with absolutely everything, always available 24 hours a day, extremely helpful and attentive. We feel welcomed all the time. We highly recommend and we would definitely return!

It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two metro stations nearby. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and generate a lot of security and tranquility. There are all kinds of shops nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has an all-inclusive heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes that is snowy at this time and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the apartment, as it is modern, very clean, and has a super nice decoration! Perfect utensils and Daly is always super helpful, guiding us in everything! We stayed 5 days and left missing our little house in Chile! We will definitely choose it on a return to Chile! A highlight is the bed, which is very comfortable and warm! Waking up and seeing the Andes is priceless! Quiet neighborhood, we feel safe all the time, very family friendly! It's not worth 10, it's not worth 1000!

Very attentive host, helped us a lot. The apartment is exactly as described, we liked it a lot. It is very close to the entrance of the mountains, which helped us, as we were going skiing. It was well worth it!

Excellent apartment, it has everything you need, I felt at home. Close to Hernando de Magallanes subway station, line 01, convenience stores and supermarkets. All very clean and organized. Irene was always very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. The house is wonderful, just a little far away. It was difficult to book tours, but as there were 7 of us, we booked a van for us.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all taps with hot water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

Arriving in Santiago was very smooth and I had no difficulty accessing the building or entering the apartment, as the electronic lock was great in this regard. The apartment has a great location and is very close to the Manuel Montt subway station, which makes it easy to get anywhere in Santiago. The balcony overlooks the Andes, but it is only possible to see when the weather is clear. The kitchen is very small and has a two-burner stove, which is nice for preparing breakfast. We had some very cold days and the room heater was sensational. The Wi-Fi is very good and Netflix is available. The region also has pizzerias, cafes, markets, etc. Anyway, we hope to be able to stay there again in the near future.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
