The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

I had a great experience staying at Loly’s apartment. The check-in process was seamless, and accessing the unit was incredibly easy. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet at night, which made for a very relaxing stay. Additionally, the people in the area are super friendly. A wonderful apartment, location, spotless, with all the essential one could hope for, and then some. The two separate bathrooms were especially an appreciated feature. And Veronica could not be outdone in attending to this travelers lost items, immediately resolving concerns, making for a genuinely peaceful stay. Excellent all around !

We have very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is ideal for families with children and is very close to the beach (3 min walk). Rafael was flexible with our check out time so we could organize well with the little ones. We would definitely come back.

We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

At Rosana's, you can feel good! Everything was perfect for our family holiday. The apartment is beautiful, the modern kitchen there is space as on the large terrace with the little extra! The podium with sea view (ideal for morning coffee or a few aperitif beers). A door separates us from the beach is great! There is a very chill & surf atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the easy house To be repeated without hesitating

We had a great week at Espe’s place! The house is near the beach and there are plenty restaurants around. The place is well equipped and Espe gave clear and fast replies. With our two young kids we were able to both enjoy the beach and the city (many public transport options nearby). Would definitely recommend!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

Due to power blackout in all of Spain on 28-4-2025, we missed our check-in time with Amparo. Stranded on a train from Barcelona, we finally boarded a bus to Valencia and arrived at the Air BNB hours later. With no phone or internet service we couldn't reach Ampero to change our arrival time. Yet, Ampero waited extra hours to graciously welcome us and show us the apartment! A large bowl of Valencia oranges, fresh bread, water, and more also greeted us. The apartment was more spacious than we expected, and the few blocks to the beach was perfect. The living room balcony, and the back area patio were extra bonuses! All that, and the kindness and helpfulness of Ampero made this the perfect ending to our month in Spain. Thank you, Ampero.

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment, there is everything you need in it we can come with your hands in your pockets. Well located, quiet residence, right next to the beach with a supermarket 500m away, lots of restaurants and a bus line in front of the accommodation. Small downside for the bus that only runs every 2 hours, maybe also because we are not in the summer season, but we have made all our trips by taxi or Uber. The price was affordable knowing that Valencia is just 20 minutes from the accommodation Thanks to Maria who was very kind to us

amazing! nice apartments with everything you need. Terrasa is love. there is a danger that you will fall in love with her and will not be able to get out 😍. There is a lot to do in the city: beautiful trails for hiking or biking, a nice embankment. cool beach for supping . special thanks to Lidia for communication 😊 Recommended

The pictures of the apartment are even surpassed by the reality. Above all, they can't reproduce the sound of the sea. When moved in, the apartment was very clean. Even with 6 adults there was enough place. The amenities were optimal. The first time I had kitchen knives in an apartment to work with. Not quite cheap but worth the price for us.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean. We were greeted by Roberto's father and he was very kind to help us turn things up.

Jose is a friendly and efficient host. Your apartment is very good location and has everything you need to enjoy a few days at the beach. We will be back!
