Therefore, prior to your arrival at our apartment, we will send you a message requesting the following information for each and every one of the occupants of the apartment: first and last name, date of birth, nationality, type of identification document, identification document number, document format, residential address, city, province or state, zip code, and country. Unfortunately this is an absolutely mandatory procedure being impossible to continue with the registration process in our apartment and therefore being impossible to access it if we do not receive the aforementioned information when we request it.
