My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Natalia—we’ll definitely be back!

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Staying in this place was great! Close to the beach, promenades and seaside promenades, lots of restaurants around, a shop right next to the block. The apartment itself is very clean, exactly as in the photos, a large terrace where we spent most of the time (a huge plus for the awning protecting against the afternoon sun!) The fourth floor (there is an elevator!), providing a lot of privacy even on such a large terrace Communication with the owner was also without any problems, a nice and friendly person :) The connection to Alicante airport is also impeccable, fast and efficient, followed by a short walk from the stop to the apartment If someone wants to relax by the sea - I highly recommend it!

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

The photos and the description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids, but the parking at the house made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

If you want an apartment that is peaceful, relaxing yet just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront and beach then you won't find a better option than this. Nestled within a complex of other apartments it has access to one of the best swimming pools we have experienced. Being on the first floor you can sit on the balcony overlooking the pool and watching the sun go down. On most occasions we had the pool to ourselves but even when other people were swimming it was still very quiet and peaceful. Just 5 minutes walk is a superb supermarket if you want to self cater like us. Alternatively there is a wide range of excellent restaurants nearby. The seafront is just a 10 minute walk along very pleasant well kept streets. This apartment is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Having our own business back in the UK we needed to keep in touch and the WI FI was also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely stay, had everything you could possibly need.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Everything is as you expect it, the only minus point are cameras in the living room. Outside of that to be completely satisfied with everything. Very nice location with very nice views from various places. Highly recommended!

Very Nice apartment, and helpful host. The beach is very Nice, But The surrounding area is not that great. Pretty shabby area, and not much to see or do. Also The restaurants in The area are not great.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modernly furnished. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a nice atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

We had a lovely stay at John &Tatiana’s Apartment. The place was very well equipped and it was spotless. It had a nice coffee machine, extra fridge and we also enjoyed the use of the on site sauna. Lovely pool and the complex is modern and everyone was quite friendly. I would highly recommend. The communication with John & Tatiana was excellent. It would be quite advantageous to have the use of a car.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome modern apartment. Huge balcony and sun terrace. Clean and spotless throughout. Made great use of the 2 pools and the gym which were always quiet. Great for a peaceful and relaxing trip away. This is the 3rd Oasis apartment complex we have stayed in and I think this was the best one yet. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a holiday, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.
