The house is phenomenal, comfortable and clean. Jose is attentive and perfectly explained how to get there and access to the house. The area is quiet, very nice and ideal for families. We will love to repeat!

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

The apartment was as described and Kim was easy to communicate with, both before and after the stay. Clean and tidy with all the equipment we needed. Great that there were also some toys that the 5-year-old got to enjoy. location with short distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Kim's apartment is a safe choice if you are going on a holiday in Torrevieja 😀

Valeriy is very friendly kind and helpful as well as her brother The studio was tidy clean and well lit everything was available towels kitchen sheets nothing was missing there was even the umbrella and the beach mats We enjoyed the very sunny balcony and the very quiet neighborhood and the beautiful and good restaurants in the area The beach is very close to the apartment We thank Valeriy for his warm welcome from the arrival he welcomed us and very helpful kind and respectful I recommend this rental and you will not regret your stay Congratulations Valeriy and her brother and see you soon

I stayed at Izabela's apartment for a few days and I really liked it. I chose this apartment to relax and enjoy the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is small and is suitable for single people or a couple. Izabela left me lots of things so I could feel at home, sunscreen, creams, perfumes, cleaning products, kitchen products and towels. Oh, and parking the car is also super easy. I highly recommend this apartment :)

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

Beautiful apartment, it’s a shame we arrived late and had to leave early that we didn’t really get to explore the local surroundings. Everything was very clean and tidy. No complaints.

We enjoyed a extremely relaxing mini break to spain, and stayed in this beautiful apartment with great amenities. The photo's undersold just how beautiful the surroundings are, as well the pool and gym area the was clean and very well kept!! We would recommend that if you are staying here that you would need a car. We didn't have a car and struggled with daily shopping and walking to the local restaurants as it's quite hilly. We are definitely looking into going again in the future, and will be booking this place brilliant again.

The accommodation was as described. It is within easy walking distance of the beach. There are small supermarkets nearby & Aldi is a 35 minute walk away. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was great to have the swimming pools which are open all year. Check in & check out we're easy. The host is available, should you need any help or information.

Very modern accommodation, spacious ,with a chic terrace that is very well furnished,there are mattresses for every taste,tables,and awnings from the sun. The entire apartment is very well decorated, everything is in a calm tone and very beautiful. There is everything you need. Very caring hostess. Special thanks to Shaun y and his son ,waited for us and everything was well told. We will definitely be back!

Carmen and her husband are really friendly and helpful. The place is because of the lack of a kitchen, just a little different from another room. But the bed is sublime and the place is perfect. A big 10 of us!

Perfect apartment. Big inside underground parking. Beach and few local shops around. Great place if you want to stay in quite place. Recommend 100%. Would love to come back January or February when is cold and spend all time in hot tub with those views. 15 min from airport. 25 to Alicante old town.

Davinia is an excellent host. She was always very quick to respond to requests. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony was awesome. You have only a few steps to the beach Smaller shops and cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. For everything else you need a car. I had a warm 4 weeks and highly recommend this place.

We had a great week at this great place! Everything was in line with the photos: clean, well decorated, with an absolutely beautiful sea view. The pool is amazing, a real plus to relax. The host's welcome was very warm, we felt welcome from the first moment. Thanks again for this great stay, we'll be back with pleasure!

Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.
