Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in El Centenario

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

Muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso e instrucciones claras para check-in, no tuvimos ningun problema. Aylin muy al pendiente y rápida respuesta! El lugar tal como en las fotos, seguro, limpio y bien equipado. :)

Esperaba algo bueno y fue superior, muy fácil, muy cómodo y en una muy buena ubicación, ya sea que lleves auto o no.

Great location for restaurants and a close drive to beaches. Loved being able to use the washing machine, and the umbrella was great for the beach. Parking right outside. Great spot for our few days in La Paz!

We had a great stay at the apartment! It is a gated compound with a dedicated parking lot for each unit (no fighting for street parking). The unit is also well-furbished and kitchen is well-equipped. Host was very responsive and was prompt in providing us a tea kettle during our stay when we requested for one. Self check-in was easy and the location is a short 5-min drive to Malecón! However, the neighbour’s dog really does love barking at night (welcome to Mexico)! Overall, we had a comfortable stay over the four days. We will definitely still stay again the next time we visit La Paz!

El alojamiento es fantástico, muy bonito, muy agradable, el hecho de que tenga cada cuarto su propio baño es un plus y había muchas cosas para hacer café, azúcar y su propio cuarto de lavado, el horario de llegada fue flexible lo cual me pareció increíble porque mi vuelo llegaba temprano y facturaba, lo cual en mi caso si es un gran plus, la anfitriona muy buena, muy atenta y siempre apoyándonos en lo que necesitábamos, sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí siempre que venga a la paz.

Absolutely impressed by this location. There were so many walkable areas, beaches, food, groceries. This was everything that we could have asked for. Definitely coming back and going to this place without a doubt. Felt right at home. La Paz is also an incredible city. The cleaning staff were wonderful and kind. we were able to leave our luggage safe before/ after checkout windows while we explored around. This was highly appreciated.

Great apartment in an excellent location, just two blocks from the Malecón and close to many restaurants and activities. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The café downstairs was a big plus—perfect for a quick coffee or juice in the morning. The hosts were always kind and attentive. My only suggestion would be to add a small lamp in the living room, as all the lights are quite bright. A softer light option would help create a cozier atmosphere. Other than that, everything was great. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this place!

Todo súper limpio y en orden, los aires funcionaban súper bien y siempre estuvo fresco el depa, totalmente regresaremos 🌞

Maravillosa casa y un anfritíon espectacular!!! My husband and I spend four beautiful days at this location. Francisco, the host, waited for our delayed arrival. He was very helpful in providing information and answering questions. All his recommendations were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

The house was just perfect for our family holiday, close enough to La Paz to enable us to join tours etc but also very quiet and peaceful. My son particularly enjoyed bird spotting along the beach, and we all loved the sea kayaks. Dhorea is a great host, kind, generous and thoughtful.

El anfitrión es una finísima persona, nos atendió con una calidez humana inigualable, al grado que nos sentimos como en casa, y nos asesoró y dio tips para disfrutar al máximo la casa y la ciudad, disponible en todo momento. El lugar es cómodo, seguro, limpio, cuenta con todo lo que anuncian, e inclusive, más de lo que se anuncia, y de verdad lo digo así ya que gracias a ese plus pudimos economizar muchísimo en este viaje, no hay razón para ir a un hotel. Deseo volver a La Paz porque es una ciudad hermosa, es de las playas que me faltaba conocer de México y puedo decir que como este lugar, no hay dos, cuando vengas me vas a dar la razón, y mi opción de hospedaje sí o sí, será aquí. Gracias por todo queridos anfitriones, deseo de todo corazón volverlos a ver!

Hemos ido varias veces a La Paz, pero hasta ahora el alojamiento de Evelin es el que más nos ha gustado. La ubicación, aunque no está tan cerca del centro, se encuentra muy cerca de restaurantes, super y plazas, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nuestra logística familiar. El fraccionamiento es muy seguro, la casa linda, acogedora e impecable. Me encantó que tiene detalles pensados en familias con niños. Las instrucciones son claras para absolutamente todo, te da un manual muy detallado y fácil de entender. Esperamos poder regresar pronto!

I have to say, the amazing ratings have to be thanks to Abril. From getting there until the day we left she was attentive, helpful, resourceful, respectful and most importantly very welcoming and helped us feel safe. She was basically the only person we had communication with and she was always available. She gave us amazing recommendations and was attentive enough to ask how out days were. Everything in the house was spotless and organized. Again, this all goes to Abril. ¡Muchas gracias Abril por tus atenciones te lo agradecemos mucho!

El departamento muy acogedor y limpio, Josue siempre muy amable, mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien.

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en el departamento. Nos encantó que estuviera a pie de una hermosa playa y que además estuviera a tu disposición la alberca. El departamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación en un lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de la ciudad y también de las playas más populares de La Paz. La atención de Álvaro fue siempre muy amable y nos sugirió actividades y lugares donde comer rico. Seguro volveremos a este lugar.

Muy bonita la casa de Sonia, cumple con toda la descripción, muy cerca del malecón en auto, muy limpia, pasamos una muy buena estancia. Cuenta con accesorios de cocina, la sombrilla y hielera ayudan mucho en los días de playa. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí cuando regrese a la Paz. Sonia muy atenta en todo momento además que nos proporciono recomendaciones de restaurantes y tours
