Holiday rentals with beach access in El Centenario

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

This is a great place about five blocks from everything. Check in was easy and the hosts are gracious. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were beautiful, the jacuzzis, the pool, the loungers, the campfire place, everything was perfect, I will definitely come back again and again.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views and glorious sunsets over the bay. The pool and fire pit were perfect amenities and really enhanced our stay. The gourmet professional kitchen and the outdoor kitchen was a huge bonus for grilling and eating al fresco. We felt right at home and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out or be together. This is my new favorite home in Baja and we can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed the place, it was quite comfortable and cozy, clean, tidy and spacious, with everything you need to cook and spend a pleasant and comfortable few days, the club with the pool and the barbecues very comfortable and beautiful. I highly recommend Casa Xenia, supermarkets and oxos nearby, good air conditioning; full and equipped kitchen. Comfortable mattresses for sleeping, thank you very much to Wilbert for always being attentive 😊

This is the 5th time I have stayed at Rosa Maria's place over the last 4 years and I can't say enough about this place! It is so clean and comfortable and perfectly located. This time, I drove down to La Paz from Phoenix, so it was especially nice to have the secure parking so I could leave things in my car without worrying about it. The host is so responsive - I noticed a plumbing issue one day during my 2+ week stay and Rosa Maria had a plumber come and fix the issue within hours. I love this place, and I will stay there every time I go to La Paz!

Rubén's house has all the amenities you need for your stay, the house is comfortable and easily accessible, Rubén was always on the lookout for our arrival and that everything was perfect for it, we would definitely return!

The place is so cute! 🥰 Without a doubt, the view is well worth it. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The pool was quite cold (I don't know if it's because of the season or if it's always like that), but we still dared to get in🥶... and honestly, it's worth it! As a point to consider, the climb to reach the condominium is somewhat complicated. I would have loved to go for a walk in the area, but there are still no well-paved streets and the surroundings feel very lonely, so it is necessary to have a car to stay here. Of course, the esplanade is super close, just 5 minutes by car, which is a great plus. One detail to improve would be the sheets and towels: everything is white, which aesthetically looks great, but when you arrive from the beach or the pool you worry a little about not staining anything. Perhaps more practical options for guests could be considered. Overall, I do recommend it! But definitely, only if you have 🚗

This was an outstanding place for our family of 7 to spend a week. The place is exactly is described and the pics are spot on. The common areas are fantastic and it felt very roomy. The views are unbelievable from almost everywhere in the house. The hosts were very responsive. We rented a car which is needed as there isn’t much to do close by. There is a beach, but it is not swimmable. The pool is great. Overall absolutely worth it and highly recommended.

Great Stay .. excellent location , really worth it!!!

This place is in a perfect location if you want to walk around the city and have easy access to the ocean. Close to many good restaurants and shops. The area felt safe and clean. The place was clean upon arrival, we did notice there were some ants in the kitchen area but they didn't bother us much. The sinks were slow draining, but again it wasn't a huge deal. Shower and toilet worked perfectly. Beautiful 360 views from the top terrace, a relaxing area to spend for sunset. Overall we had a great experience renting from Irma.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. It was easy to access, and the location was very convenient. Alex was amazing, super responsive, kind, and always checking in to see if I needed anything, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very nice condominium, everything is very quiet, super father place to relax

The condo is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with every amenity you need for a great stay. Plus the ocean view from the living room and balcony is stunning. The location is extremely convenient, right off the main boardwalk and walking distance to tons of food options. (Note that you can expect some noise in the evening, being located so close to the Malecon.) The host was super communicative and flexible with our checkin/checkout process. We had a fantastic time during our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!
