Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in El Centenario

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

Highly recommended. Tom's service from the time of booking was very attentive, with recommendations for the stay and his instructions were very clear for getting there and accessing. The apartment is a good size and nice, it has everything you need to be comfortable, very well-kept and large facilities and pools. The views from the balcony and the bedroom are incredible. If you go, rent a car. Its location is very close to the Malecón (5 min) but it is a steep slope and you are 5 min from the exit to the most beautiful beaches of Baja.

Very well located, easy access and clear check-in instructions, we had no problem. Aylin is very attentive and quick to respond! The place as in the photos, safe, clean and well equipped. :)

The accommodation is fantastic, very nice, very pleasant, the fact that each room has its own bathroom is a plus and there were many things to make coffee, sugar and its own laundry room, the arrival time was flexible which I thought was incredible because my flight arrived early and checked in, which in my case is a big plus, the host is very good, very attentive and always supporting us in what we needed, I will definitely stay here again whenever I come to La Paz.

Absolutely impressed by this location. There were so many walkable areas, beaches, food, groceries. This was everything that we could have asked for. Definitely coming back and going to this place without a doubt. Felt right at home. La Paz is also an incredible city. The cleaning staff were wonderful and kind. we were able to leave our luggage safe before/ after checkout windows while we explored around. This was highly appreciated.

Maravillosa casa y un anfritíon espectacular!!! My husband and I spend four beautiful days at this location. Francisco, the host, waited for our delayed arrival. He was very helpful in providing information and answering questions. All his recommendations were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

The house was just perfect for our family holiday, close enough to La Paz to enable us to join tours etc but also very quiet and peaceful. My son particularly enjoyed bird spotting along the beach, and we all loved the sea kayaks. Dhorea is a great host, kind, generous and thoughtful.

We've been to La Paz several times, but so far Evelin's accommodation is the one we've liked the most. The location, although not so close to the center, is very close to restaurants, supermarkets and squares, which was very convenient for our family logistics. The subdivision is very safe, the house is nice, cozy and impeccable. I loved that it has details designed for families with children. The instructions are clear for absolutely everything, it gives you a very detailed and easy to understand manual. We are very hopeful that we can return soon

I have to say, the amazing ratings have to be thanks to Abril. From getting there until the day we left she was attentive, helpful, resourceful, respectful and most importantly very welcoming and helped us feel safe. She was basically the only person we had communication with and she was always available. She gave us amazing recommendations and was attentive enough to ask how out days were. Everything in the house was spotless and organized. Again, this all goes to Abril. ¡Muchas gracias Abril por tus atenciones te lo agradecemos mucho!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay- beautiful views, quiet, great pool and grounds. Studio was well equipped. Alvaro Humberto was super helpful with suggestions of activities and restaurants in the area. We took his advice on a tour company to Espírito Santo island and had a fantastic day- highly recommend.

Perfect if you want something for a few days near the malecon with amenities you need on daily bases

Excellent apartment, I liked it better than in the photos. The host was always attentive and responded immediately. I would definitely return. The detail of the cooler, umbrella and beach chairs is great!! more if your intention is to know beaches.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with every amenity you need for a great stay. Plus the ocean view from the living room and balcony is stunning. The location is extremely convenient, right off the main boardwalk and walking distance to tons of food options. (Note that you can expect some noise in the evening, being located so close to the Malecon.) The host was super communicative and flexible with our checkin/checkout process. We had a fantastic time during our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!
