Holiday rentals with a patio in El Centenario

We loved staying at Tom’s place. The view was beautiful overlooking the city and the water. AC was cold. The security guards were friendly and active would definitely stay again. Tom also provided recommendations for a rental car company that delivered the vehicle to the Airbnb it’s definitely needed for the location as it’s up a hill and out of the way. But we did get by using DiDi and Uber the first and last day. He also provides rentals of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Bed was pretty hard could definitely use some type of mattress topper. Washer machine is kind of loud so wouldn’t recommend the late night wash prior to departure but outside of that we really enjoyed the apartment and facilities and Tom as a host.

We loved the whole set up of this place. It was like a hotel room with its own kitchen. It was perfect for 2 people. It was walking distance to Malecón. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The host was very quick with responses to my msgs. We loved the place and will definitely book it again.

Tom is such a nice and attentive guy. He was always available for us even when I left the keys inside the place, he rescued us right away. I highly recommend the place and the host.

El departamento está en una exelente zona, cercas del malecón y hay un Oxxo cercas y una birrieria, así como los tacos el estadio, sin duda me volverá a hospedar ♥️

I had such a great experience with Yoel and this listing, a true gem! I brought my dad here as this is possibly the last of our memories together, so I knew it had to be special! Yoel and his team were very accommodating and great hosts!! I made memories with my dad that I don’t think I could have made anywhere else! I am coming back with my husband next time!! Thanks for everything!! Definitely SUPER HOST!

Hermosa casita, limpia y muy cómoda! Nos encantó en detalle de la hamaca, mi familia y yo nos tomamos turnos para acostarnos un rato. Es fácil llegar al hospedaje y el área es muy tranquila. Magdalena nos recibió y ella es muy amable y accesible. Muchas gracias por las atenciones, definitivamente volveremos! :)

Es un excelente alojamiento, sin problemas para el acceso a la alberca, muy tranquilo y muy bien atendido. Está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, así que es un poco difícil encontrar servicio de taxi o entrega de comida a domicilio, pero es una buena ubicación si lo que busca es un lugar tranquilo y aislado. La atención y servicio de Elva fueron excelentes, estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo y nos ofreció opciones de comida locales. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en la casa de Elva, fue una muy buena experiencia y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Gracias, Elva.

The location of the place is actually in real good central area where you have access to all the nice places like Balandra Beach 32 minutes away any other beach 25

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, el servicio del personal que nos recibió siempre cordial y con completa disposición de apoyar en nuestras dudas y en el préstamo de toallas adicionales para playa y hielera. Las instalaciones geniales (se encuentran en muy buen estado mucho mejor de lo que se ven en las fotos y muy limpio todo). La ubicación en planta baja nos facilitó mucho la estadía de mis Padres ya que son de la tercera edad. Todo en general excelente en ubicación, servicio e instalaciones.

This was an outstanding place for our family of 7 to spend a week. The place is exactly is described and the pics are spot on. The common areas are fantastic and it felt very roomy. The views are unbelievable from almost everywhere in the house. The hosts were very responsive. We rented a car which is needed as there isn’t much to do close by. There is a beach, but it is not swimmable. The pool is great. Overall absolutely worth it and highly recommended.

Perfect if you want something for a few days near the malecon with amenities you need on daily bases

Excelente casa , ubicación , limpieza , etc…. Luis es excelente anfitrión. Nos envió una lista de restaurante todos de excelente calidad y también contactos muy buenos para la renta de yates ! Todo estuvo excelente y muy recomendado para hospedarse siempre ! Volvería nuevamente sin pensarlo 2 veces .

Muy bonita la casa de Sonia, cumple con toda la descripción, muy cerca del malecón en auto, muy limpia, pasamos una muy buena estancia. Cuenta con accesorios de cocina, la sombrilla y hielera ayudan mucho en los días de playa. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí cuando regrese a la Paz. Sonia muy atenta en todo momento además que nos proporciono recomendaciones de restaurantes y tours
