Nuevo apartamento moderno y chic en una estupenda ubicación [museos]

El alojamiento es exterior y luminoso. Equipado con todo lo necesario para que su estancia sea cómoda y agradable. Consta de un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, cocina americana, abierta al salón y comedor ,totalmente equipada con gran variedad de electrodomésticos como microondas, batidora, exprimidor, cafetera, hervidor, sandwichera, plancha( y tabla de planchado), lavadora. El salón es muy agradable con sofá-cama y Smart TV 4K, pantalla plana. Incluye ropa de cama y toallas. WIFI gratuita. Reserva mínima 2 días. Estaremos encantados de atenderles de 9:00 a 14:00 y de 17:00 a 20:00 horas. Junto al casco histórico y el Estadio Heliodoro Rodríguez López. Este piso también está cerca del Parque Municipal García Sanabria y a menos de 1,5 km del Auditorio y el Parque Marítimo César Manrique. Las Teresitas está a 15 minutos en coche. Es ideal para conocer la ciudad a pie. Buena comunicación autobuses, taxis, próximo a parada de tranvía. A escasos metros del apartamento hay un parking público 24 horas .

Beautifully refurbished 1 double bedroom holiday apartment. It is situated a stone's throw away of the beach. It has 40 square metres. It has a double bed and a sofa-bed. It is located within Parque Natural de Anaga so it is ideal for walking in the rocky mountains. You can also do surfing.
