We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

wat hebben wij en onze kinderen (8 en 10 jaar) genoten van ons verblijf! alles was top: de geweldige ligging, schoon verblijf van alle gemakken voorzien. het zwembad en de tuin zijn geweldig, maar vooral de buitengewone gastvrijheid van Ellen! we wilden helemaal niet meer weg en missen Ellen, de hondjes en de locatie nu al...

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Heerlijke woning in rustige buurt. Lekker zwembad dat ook in April prima te gebruiken is. Luxe ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Echt een mooie woning. Kan ook altijd waarderen als alle kruiden voor koken er zijn ;-) Ashley reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen.

Ein nettes Haus was auch zum Verkauf steht. Nur 15min mit dem Auto von Valencia entfernt. Pool ist in der Nacht beleuchtet was für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt bei warmen Sommernächten. Viel Raum für die ganze Familie, oder in unserem fall perfekt für content creation (Musik)

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

Appartement très confortable dans une petite maison. L'appartement superbement aménagé dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et est tres bien équipé. Il est bien situé : quasiement face à la plage de la Marva-Rosa, à proximité des commerces et des transports pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Valence. José est un hôte très accueillant et bienveillant. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Nice appartment, close to the beach. Bus and metro in the close proximity to get you to the city. Great location for a weekend in Valencia.

It was really great stay. I really appreciate host response in every manner. location is very nearby to Bus & Metro stops. Also 5-7 minutes to main center. Valdeolivas allowed for check in earlier and check out later. All in all it was great stay. Greatly recommend it.

non sembrava un'appartamento per vacanze, ma la casa propria. Non ho mai visto in tanti anni che alloggio in appartamento un alloggio così accessoriato, di tutto anche per quanto riguarda la pulizia, o di generi di prima necessità. Consigliatissimo.

Alojamiento muy comodo. Amplio y tranquilo. Muy cerca del mar y con muy buena comunicacion con el centro de Valencia

Siamo stati in questo appartamento con un gruppo di 8 amici e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e pulitissima, perfetta per un soggiorno in compagnia. Anche se non abbiamo incontrato di persona la proprietaria, è sempre stata disponibile e puntuale nel rispondere alle nostre domande, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile: circa 15 minuti in taxi oppure 40 minuti con i mezzi pubblici.

This is probably one of my favorite Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Big, comfortable, near the metro but without being too on top of it or noisy. Easy to get into the city but still can relax away from it by the end of the day. I would easily book Carol's place again.

The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

Wir waren zu sechst und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön ist auch, dass Küche und Wohnbereich in Erdgeschoss sind und die Schlafzimmer alle im 1.OG.

Fantastic apartment in the port area of Valencia. Jordi provided some very helpful suggestions on what to see and do and we found some great restaurants. The apartment is situated on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the beach but if you don’t want to move then you can enjoy the wonderful roof terrace! Great place to stay if you want to explore Valencia.

Buena estancia en el baño la mampara estaba rota habia una cortina que dificulta el agua se salia para ducharse, colchones no tan buenos muy delgados por todo lo demas bien ambiente bueno dos cocinas dos baños lugar cercano al centro

Wszystko zgodne z opisem, apartament wygodny, bardzo blisko plaży, w okolicy dużo restauracji, blisko sklep. Najbardziej zależało nam na bliskości plaży, dotarcie do plaży było bardzo wygodne. Przydało się małe patio gdzie zostawiliśmy sprzęt plażowy. Ekstra, że pojawiły się leżaki plażowe. Jeśli cenisz prawdziwe miejsca, bez natłoku turystów to dobre miejsce. Rzeczywiście okolica miejscami zaniedbana, ale czuliśmy się dobrze i bezpiecznie.
