Muy bien acondicionado y surtiso en el Barrio de moda del Cabañal, cerca de todo y alejado del tráfico y bullicio! Apartamento en el Cabañal de 40 metros cuadrados en primer piso con una escalera típica de la construcción de los Poblados Marítimos de Valencia de 15 escalones!. Escalera que da acceso a dos apartamentos, ambos de mi propiedad. Mi hija y yo vivimos arriba con acceso independiente. Mediante la aplicación estoy disponible en todo momento, 24 horas, para cualquier tipo de duda, necesidad o problema cuenta con nosotras! En esta casa si se rompe algo, no pasa nada, no hay que pagarlo!! A la hora de la salida lo más importante es no olvidar algo que luego vayáis a necesitar. The neighborhood is quiet but all the amenities are very close by including transport, beach, restaurants and night clubs. City center is approximately 20-25 minutes, Ciudad de las Artes 15 mins by bus depending on traffic. These locations are a quick taxi ride and are very inexpensive in Valencia.
