Delicate house right by Ekebergsletta

The house from 2017 is located right by Ekebergsletta and the bus stop to/from town. On the first floor there is a living/dining room, open kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. From the living room there is an exit to a 100 m2 patio, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and a TV lounge. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental section that is available for rent. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped, but we don't offer a BBQ.

The garden living room/bedroom 5 has direct access to the garden and can be used as an extra sleeping area with a single or double bed, but it is partially open and not fully private. When not all rooms are in use, the host can use one bedroom discreetly.
