The house from 2017 is located right by Ekebergsletta and the bus stop to/from town. On the first floor there is a living/dining room, open kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. From the living room there is an exit to a 100 m2 patio, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and a TV lounge. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental section that is available for rent. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped, but we don't offer a BBQ.

Quiet and nice neighborhood on top of Oslo. Short distance to both bus and subway that takes you to the city center in about 13 minutes. About 30 minutes to walk to Barcode. Free parking in the streets. City views. The apartment is suitable for 1–2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. It has a full kitchen, tiled bathroom with a good shower and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. A good desk for home office on the go. A perfect place for those who want to stay near the city, but without the noise.
