Cozy 2-room apartment near the Baltic Sea

Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more of a sleepy place with an ice cream cafe, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much for tourists. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after approx. 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in a good 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and beds are available upon arrival. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided for a child at no extra charge.

Fynbos on the Old River | close to the beach & right in the middle of things

Right on the Alte Strom and just a few minutes from the beach, you'll be staying in the very heart of Warnemünde. Your cosy Fynbos apartment, 'Goedehoop', offers you one bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a rainforest shower. Fishing boats dock in front of the door on the wharf, and you hear the seagulls – real Baltic Sea feeling. You can also use the roof terrace (from mid-April), which is perfect for a relaxing evening overlooking Wmünde.

Charming apartment at the gateway to Fischland

Our house is located in Klockenhagen, so to speak at the gateway to Fischland and the Darss peninsula. Here there is plenty of peace, wide views of the green surroundings and a pleasant distance to the tourist crowds of the seaside resorts. By car, you can reach the beach of Neuhaus in 8 minutes. By bike, you can ride half an hour through the Ribnitz Forest and through the moor to the large water. From the window you can watch deer and cranes. Day trips can be started from here in all directions.

Guest apartment in the manor house

Relax with us, linger in the estate park and enjoy the time. The approx. 65 m² apartment is located on the east side on the upper floor of the historic manor house, which is gradually being reconstructed. Guests are welcome to use the terrace. A grill is available for the evening, and there is a fireplace. Via our orchard you can reach the Trebel, where you can fish, experience nature or use a paddle boat. Bassendorf is a rural idyll that you can reach via a 2 km long avenue.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Gut Bisdorf – Take vacation, become manor savior

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Cozy attic apartment

The small enclosed non-smoking apartment is located directly in the old town in the attic (2nd floor). A living room with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a separate shower room complete the apartment. Of course, you will find a coffee machine, radio and flat-screen TV and much more that makes living pleasant. From your apartment you can easily reach the sights, cafes or restaurants, as well as the famous churches and museums on foot < 5 min).

Apartment "alte Schmiede" on the upper floor

The apartment "alte Schmiede" is located in the attic of the "alte Schmiede" opposite the manor house. This apartment is only accessible via an external staircase, so it is not barrier-free. This stylish accommodation is perfect for small families or couples. It is equipped with a large kitchen and is therefore excellent for self-catering. The small town of Hessenburg is not far from the Saaler Bodden and just a stone's throw from Fischland/Darß.

Guest apartment "Birkenwäldchen"

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. Ideal for one to two people to spend time together, cook, read, go for walks and go on outings. The guest apartment is idyllically located in a rural and peaceful setting. The bright nights from May to July are a real treat! At times, the starry sky is simply breathtaking. The access by car is very good: A20 in 11 minutes, Stralsund in 25 minutes, Baltic Sea beach in 45 minutes.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
