Holiday rentals with a patio in Eixample

Jose mamuels place was exactly as described and exactly what I needed. less than a 5min walk to the L1 line metro station. There are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bars all within a 2min walk. the apartment was fresh, clean and smelled good! Jose was communicative and responded to my queries very quickly which helped me a lot! he is a top man! the apartment was spacious, had everything i needed and there is a large balcony and garden. the art on Joses walls were exactly what I needed. the mandala headboard and bed covers, the Hebrew clock, the Islamic art work, and the Chinese scroll. All with positive messages of love, kindness and healing! this trip healed and changed me and joses apartment was a massive part of this! go here, sleep here, heal here and enjoy the city of Barcelona. I love walking and this apartment allowed to walk to town, to the football and anywhere else I wanted to go. 5 stars for the apartment and for the host. ✌️✌️✌️❤️❤️❤️

Séjour très agréable. La communication avec Jon était bien. Le logement est très bien. Joliement décoré et très grand. Petit point négatif, il y avait pas la possibilité de fermé la fenêtre qui donnait sur la rue et le matin c'était assez bruyant. Nous étions au courant car c'est dans la description mais il manque une climatisation dans ce logement. Les ventilateurs mis à disposition sont utiles.

Nice place, clean and spacious. Little far from the main city places but well worth it for a large group or those that will visit Barcelona for business and needs a quiet place. Close to convention center and grocery stores.

Un alojamiento muy comodo y limpio, además bastante bien comunicado con transporte público y comercios. Algo que ya sabíamos es que es un segundo sin ascensor y con el cochecito de la niña fué dificil subir y los vecinos algo ruidosos, tenían la tv muy alta y se escuchaba bastante. Pero dentro de esos dos puntos negativos he de decir que el alojamiento estaba impecable y el anfitrión fué muy amable y atento. Encontramos el apartamento muy bien.

Nos hospedamos en el apartamento de Nikki con mi esposa y nuestros dos hijos, y fue una experiencia maravillosa. La ubicación, a pasos de la Sagrada Família, es perfecta para explorar Barcelona cómodamente. El apartamento es acogedor, limpio, bien equipado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia en familia. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Nikki fue una anfitriona excelente: atenta, amable y siempre disponible para ayudarnos con recomendaciones. Sin duda volveríamos y recomendamos su lugar a cualquier viajero que busque comodidad, buena ubicación y una excelente anfitriona. ¡Gracias por todo, Nikki!

Serdecznie polecam. Mieszkanie czyste, pościel cudownie pachniała, przyjemnie się zasypiało 🙂 . Pan Xu niesamowicie uprzejmy i pomocny. Odpowiadał bardzo szybko na moje pytania. Po przyjeździe czekał na nas mały upominek, to było bardzo mile. Świetna lokalizacja. 3 min od metra. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze wrócę do Barcelony i oczywiście wybiorę tego samego gospodarza 😊.

Thank you Rolf and Chee for sharing such an incredible home. Our group of 14 loved every minute. From the two pools, friendly animals, gorgeous 30 acres available to explore. Historical surrounds in the neighbours castle as the view from nearly every window. Just stunning. The cooking amenities were top notch we were able to prepare any meal. The briquette BBQ and propane BBQ were added bliss. Very friendly communication and always open to share a tidbit about any questions the group had. Thank you for everything!

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

Absolutely wonderful stay in Alella. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay - whenever we had a question or a request they were right there to assist us. The house is very tranquil, clean, modern, and airy, with easy access to Barcelona by car/bus. Some of us also had to take some meetings for work during our stay - there’s plenty of room inside and outside the house to do that. Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful stay with straightforward access to Barcelona and nearby towns!

Merci encore pour ce séjour, un logement de qualité d’une propreté jamais vu pour un airbnb. Une tortilla est laissé dans le frigo à l’arrivé ainsi que quelques produit de base. Une vue époustouflante. Merci encore !

Miguel’s home was impeccably, clean and fully furnished with anything we needed. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and wonderful dining. Miguel and his wife were lovely! This truly was one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed at! I hope to return soon.

We had a great stay at Zayda’s place! It was the perfect place and location as we were in town for a music festival. Zayda was very prompt with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return and book this stay again!

Jesus was extremely helpful, responded quickly to any queries! The flat was lovely and spacious, my friend and myself had a lovely time staying there. It’s also right next to the train station so it was very convenient! Loved it!

We had a lovely stay here. The flat is on the top floor, with a nice view of the Les Tres Xemeneies. We found it to be true to the pictures and description, very close to metro & bus station. The hosts communicated very nicely, proactively and timely. Definitely recommend!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Es fehlte an nichts und der Gastgeber war super nett und gut erreichbar. Er hatte für jede Frage eine gute Antwort. In der Umgebung sind Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und eine Haltestelle zum Zug nach Barcelona. Perfekt!
