Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Eixample

We loved our stay at Toni’s house. It is a very comfortable, well-organized space. Tastefully decorated and inviting. We felt right at home. I loved the garden and terrace. It was lovely to spend time there. It is in a good neighbourhood, safe and peaceful, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and food markets. It is not far from Barcelona, around 20-25 minutes by car depending on traffic. The ride is easy. Toni has a great list of recommendations in the area, and we much enjoyed the places he proposed. He is a very nice and friendly host, super attentive to his guests comfort, and very helpful with any questions or needs his guests might have. We highly recommend staying there to visit the area, and we would go back without hesitation should we return to Barcelona :-)

Rolf's and Mok's place is amazing. It is a 30 min drive from BCN, but you will stay in a calm, peaceful, and rural home in a lovely village. The house is spacious, modern, and has all facilities you need. There are some farm animals around, and a kind and sweet dog who occasionally drops by to say hello. We will definitely come back!

The house is located in a neighborhood of Sant Cugat 5 minutes walk from the ferrocaril (equivalent of a suburban train, stop la floresta which is in rate zone 1). And in 25 minutes you are at Plaza Catalunya which is in the center of Barcelona. The neighborhood is quiet pavilion and full of greenery. Great if you're traveling with a dog. Ricardo had everything planned to welcome our four-legged companion (bowls, niche, tennis balls...). The house is on 2 floors, it is easy to live in, well equipped. Sheets, towels, shower gel were provided and cleaning included. Ricardo is very welcoming, he speaks French. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you.

Excellent stay accompanied by friends, peaceful location with a very pleasant neighborhood (abuelo and abuela). The accommodation is very large and very clean, with a soothing view. Beautiful spacious terrace for a barbecue with friends. Thank you to the host who was super clear and nice in the hosting and payment guidelines. A fabulous five week stay at this beautiful, tasteful and well equipped home. Josep, Irene and Laura could not have been more helpful, reccomending shops, bars, local activities, and transport options. The only issue we had was a storm taking out the internet, but when reported Irene was there within five minutes to fix, and it was actually upgraded before we left. We had a couple of accidental breakages and while we offered to pay, Josep was very gracious, he is a fantastic host. We were able to take our two dogs on the trip and the garden was enclosed and safe with a beautiful park (including fenced dog area) five minutes walk away. El Masnou is a chilled and friendly town and Joseph’s place is super handy for everything. Beautiful beach, the station to go to BCN, bars, shops, supermarket. Because everything is on your doorstep, we only visited BCN for specific sightseeing, I was really happy in El Masnou. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Josep, Irene and Laura!

An Outstanding Airbnb Experience! Our family of four visited Barcelona for the first time and had the pleasure of staying at Sandra’s place—easily the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! Before our arrival, Sandra shared detailed recommendations for local sights and restaurants, which helped us plan our itinerary in advance. Upon arrival, Sandra’s cousin, Anna, warmly welcomed us at the apartment and gave us a helpful tour of the space. The apartment itself is a perfect blend of boutique hotel charm and spacious home comfort. It’s beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, offering a relaxing retreat after long days of sightseeing. During our stay, we experienced a minor Wi-Fi issue (through no fault of Sandra’s), but Anna promptly came by and resolved it the same day. They even provided multiple eSIM cards to ensure we had reliable internet access. We’re incredibly grateful to Sandra and Anna for going above and beyond to make our trip to Barcelona so special! — Steve

The view from the terrace is exactly like the pictures, except in person it is truly awe inspiring. Our host’s assistant, Dani, was so helpful and super responsive and friendly. The location is great. Right in the center of everything and all you have to do is find your way to the Arc d’Triomph and the apt is one block away. This is one of the best Airbnb stays I have ever had. So clean and comfortable. And Barcelona? We should have stayed at least twice as long!

The apartment is extremely quiet for Barcelona! Birds chirping awakens you, not street noise! There is everything you need - just to top with a capsule coffee machine! Very good bed in the master bedroom! The neighborhood is pleasant, the easy to reach Grácia on foot is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Barcelona! The public transport connection is also good, metro and buses only a few steps away. Ramon welcomed us at the apartment, explained everything and gave tips! He is an extremely thoughtful helpful host, thank you again!

For me, this flat is exactly what AirBNB is supposed to be about - an incredibly unique experience delivered by a personal host. So much of AirBNB stock is now operated by corporate property managers that force you to do a lot of things off platform. Not this place. From the minute we arrived, Tim made us feel right at home by greeting us and showing us around the place. Throughout our stay, he did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and at home (thanks for the extra firewood!). This has to be one of the most unique places you could possibly stay in Barcelona - right in the heart of the heart of it. I will say that this is located in a very busy area and there definitely is a little noise at night but we weren't bothered by it. The place is funky and quirky and incredibly cozy with the fire place and amazing rooftop views. One of my favorite places I've ever stayed and a lifetime memory for our family. Thank you!

Responsiveness before and during the stay. Impeccable hosting and accommodation. Family reunion, it rained on the first day but the accommodation was so nice and well appointed that we were able to enjoy the sweetness of a day inside . 2nd day nice weather and a quality exterior, sunbeds and super functional barbecue shade nooks with wood available. Very good quality bedding and household linen. Anyway, nothing to say. I would recommend it without a second thought!!

Really great ! My kids 10/12/17 , my wife and my eldest son's girlfriend (18) were in love right in this incredibly beautiful villa! I have to say that I am very meticulous, but 99% were very satisfied with the cleanliness. Unfortunately, I didn't quite get along with the service, but Jan was on site the next day and instructed me again. The two were super likeable and 100% met my needs. To the location: It is quietly located in a small village, Sitges and its beach are only 18 minutes away by motorbike and also by car. I noticed a lot of cyclists and there is a tennis court nearby :) The rooms of the villa are really well laid out, especially the parents Sweet with the walk-in closet and hot tub appealed to us. Downstairs we have the kitchen and living room with direct access to the pool ! Especially beautiful view at night :) thank you for this beautiful

Great house, great location and amazing hosts! Noe&Sebas were very helpful and responsive with helping to arrange taxis, location recommendations, etc. I would definitely recommend staying at this house for your trip to Sitges.

We booked the villa for a group of 14 and found we had plenty of space! Bedrooms were spacious and practical with plenty of clothes storage, there were enough chairs for us to sit round the table together (both inside and out) and there was plenty of space for us all to sit by the pool too! The location was good - we were able to get taxis into Sitges easily with Soledad’s recommendations and it took around 20 minutes. The area itself was peaceful and the views from the terrace were lovely! Communication with Soledad prior to and during our trip was fantastic - she gave us great recommendations and answered all of our queries quickly. We had a fantastic stay and would certainly return and recommend to others!
