Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 qm groß und wurde gerade komplett saniert und hochwertig eingerichtet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie einen wunderbaren Blick über die gute Stube Bad Hersfelds, den Linggplatz. Die Küche ist neu und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Boxspringbett. Neben dem Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche gibt es noch eine zusätzliches Gäste-WC.

From the 180cm bed, you can watch the sunrise and when it gets cool in the evening, the wood stove provides additional warmth. A private room is available for working or for game evenings, but on request it can also be quickly converted into a children's room. Small cats and dog-friendly dogs are allowed to travel on request. Pure nature perfect also for bikers & cyclists

Dear potential guests: Whether you are passing through, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a panoramic view. The sofa-bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and good gastronomy - around it a lot of forest. Our cafe has breakfast on weekdays from 6 or 7 o'clock on weekends.

Consciously kept simple, no TV and WLAN, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room, which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be left.

In addition to the room with a double bed, there is a small bathroom and a mini-kitchen with 2 hotplates (no oven), a fridge (no freezer compartment), coffee maker, kettle and dishes. Outdoor seating is available.
