The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Ferienregion Schöcklland/Almenland und bietet sowohl für Natur- als auch für Kulturinteressierte viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Wohneinheit ist 70 m² groß und liegt nahe dem Ortszentrum in sehr ruhiger Lage. Freizeitbad, Bäcker, Greislerei und Konditorei sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde mit Original Vintage Objekten eingerichtet und versprüht Originalität und Gemütlichkeit.

Das familienfreundliche Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer neuen Wohnanlage im Stadtteil St. Sebastian. Fußläufig findet man sowohl die Skipiste der Bürgeralpe samt Skischule (ca. 3 Min.), als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa). In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man den wunderschönen Erlaufsee (mit dem Auto), das Zentrum von Mariazell mit seiner schönen Basilika und einigen Geschäften schafft man in ca. 25 min zu Fuß.
