Guest suite 10 minutes walking distance from Downtown!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette in which there is a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It's not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. For the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seating areas.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. De Zandhoef, Delux Kota with private jacuzzi

Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out. Independent living space with its own entrance and key box. The log cabin stands in a lush garden and is fully equipped. You have access to a living room / kitchen, a private bathroom, a bedroom and on the outside 2 porches (on the south and west side) with garden chairs. The porch on the west side has terrace heating. The terrace on the south side has a fireplace.

This apartment is 5 minutes walk from the center of Eindhoven, there is plenty of space, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a private entrance from the street. Paid parking is available at the door, and there is free parking within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is very spacious and built around a patio, so there is plenty of natural light.
