Nice guest house in the courtyard.

Pleasant guest house on a lovely sunny courtyard in scenic surroundings. Here you can wake up to peace and quiet and birdsong. Great hiking areas just outside the door. The guest house contains 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities. There is a log cabin in the courtyard that can be used by appointment. It contains a fireplace, long table and chairs. We also have a cozy lean-to with a fireplace. We have our own dogs in the yard, so your own animals can only be brought by appointment.

Idyllic small farm, miller's house from the 1800s

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Micro cabin Kronen with lovely views and beach

In the Kronen micro-cabin, you can enjoy yourself outside by the fire pit. You can also spend the evening watching the stars from the bedroom. The cabin has an annex with a small double bed that slopes inwards, perfect if you like it small and intimate. The toilet is located next to the annex. There is a cosy shared kitchen Smia on site where you will find everything you need for cooking. We have our own beach and offer canoe and paddleboard rental. We also have activities such as archery, axe throwing and air rifle shooting.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Modern mountain cabin with sauna and fireplace

Do you long for peace, fresh mountain air and a proper winter atmosphere? Our cabin offers a comfortable and modern base with beautiful views, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and easy access all year round. Here you can start the day with a meal in silence, take a trip on groomed ski slopes right outside the door, or enjoy a day in the hills at Gautefall Ski Center – only a short drive away. After an active day outside, you can relax your shoulders in the sauna, light the fireplace and feel the good cabin feeling.

Raft - Camp Skarvann

Enjoy the sound of nature when you stay in this unique place. Idyllic small houseboat located on Lake Skarvann. It is a simple standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the patio outside and a fire pan. Important to note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is a toilet available in the area. Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag must be brought by yourself.

Alle vinduer mot sjøen kan åpnes. Få følelsen av å ha havet nesten inn i stuen din. Parkering rett ved. 5 min å gå til flott barnevennlig strand.

Risør city center approx. 7 min walking time. Swimming area approx. 10 min walking time. There is a toilet and only cold water. (No shower in the apartment, but outdoor shower is available.) (3 beds and possibility for one more to sleep on the sofa.) Bed linen is not included.

Koselig enebolig i rolig villastrøk med egen hage på solrik tomt. Du har hele huset for deg selv med god plass både inne og ute. Det er kort vei til buss og butikker, flotte turområder og strender/badeplasser i nærheten. Gang, kjøkken, wc og romslig stue/spisestue i først etasje. To store soverom og nyoppusset bad med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel i 2. etg. Barneseng er tilgjengelig + evt ekstra madrasser for flere gjester.

Homborsund by the sea, close to the Zoo

Small apartment above double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the lake and about 25 minutes to the Zoo. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping berths. Pitch with barbecue and large outdoor area. Basically accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children.
