Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Eijsden-Margraten

Had a very nice two week stay. Close to town, yet rural and private. Wonderful garden to sit outside and relax in. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Great access to natural beauty of the south Limburg region. Great spot to enjoy cycling through rolling hills and quaint farming towns. Astrid communicated regularly to ensure I had everything I needed.

Wonderful stay for a weekend of cycling in Limburg! The house has a spacious dining and living room and a large garden. The jacuzzi and sauna were also very nice.

Very cozy house, with all facilities such as at home. Ideal for children, with plenty of bedrooms, high chairs, toys, baby cot,... smooth communication with Bas, very friendly and helpful. The kids really enjoyed taking care of Mia the cat, but it doesn't bother you at all. We can recommend it to anyone!

We were away for a weekend with 8 friends. It was a GREAT weekend in a super clean, tidy, lovely, detached house with an incredibly large garden! We were given a warm welcome with a delicious freshly baked cheese from the bakery. By car / uber you are within 15 to 10 minutes in Maastricht within a 4-minute drive in a beautiful hiking forest. Communication between Imke was smooth and very fast. All in all, a great weekend! Mega thank you Imke and Richard for opening your beautiful home!

François took great care of it. He is friendly and always available. Before arriving, he even asked if we had any special requests. The accommodation is great and you can quickly reach Valkenburg or Maastricht by car. Valkenburg also on foot. The property is highly recommended. A really cozy house. There was nothing missing.

It was a lovely and cozy house in a beautiful place, from where you have beautiful views. The house is very nicely decorated, matching the atmosphere of a half-timbered house. The pot stove worked great and the dogs were wonderful to recover in the evening from the long walks. Since it was the pre season, we were able to enjoy the area in peace. Mati is a pleasant host and everything went very smoothly. We'd love to come back.

We slept a wonderful night in the good beds that the house has! A very nicely decorated house, authentic, we were very well and kindly helped after we had a small accident. Some comments; perhaps an extra tea towel because the dishwasher must be empty after breakfast. There was no bench or chair in the bedrooms to hang clothes on. But that's really not a criticism, because the stay was fantastic!

Beautiful, atmospheric apartments. A nice space to stay with a larger group/family. In addition, there are several apartments with sufficient privacy for everyone. Beautiful environment to undertake various activities.

Beautiful place with very kind and helpful hosts

In the middle of the beautiful nature of South Limburg is Landgoed Karsveld. It exceeded our expectations. Our apartment was equipped with every comfort, offering views of the hilly landscape. Enjoyed the Limburg hospitality, the tranquility and the great view.

We had a very nice time at Anne's place! The apartment is very spacious and sleeps 4 persons. Very cozy beds and nicely decorated. The apartment was very clean and centrally located in the city center of Maastricht. We will be happy to come back!

Beautifully restored old building with a great indoor climate. Despite the humid temperatures during our stay, it was very pleasantly cool inside the 'Franse Kerk'. The apartment is very well equipped, cozy and super clean. For fun and games, there is a large selection of board games and a great pool table. The surrounding area offers great shopping, restaurants and cafes. The surroundings of the border triangle are also fantastic for hiking and cycling. We felt completely comfortable and would come back for a 'third meal' at any time.

We really had a wonderful stay in this airbnb. We arrived a little earlier than agreed but that was no problem at all. Upon arrival, the host was already ready to welcome us. We could indicate whether we wanted to use the jacuzzi and we got some nice tips and options for the area. The airbnb itself was clean and full of luxury furnishings. From jacuzzi (with starry sky) to spacious sauna, fire bowl, 2 bathrooms, 2 refrigerators/freezer etc! Actually, everything described in the advertisement is correct. There was even a canopy on the 2nd terrace with a large television underneath, so you could also watch TV outside in the evening. The beds were neatly made, towels and toilet paper were available everywhere, and things like a first aid kit, extra blankets, etc. were also present. The contact went pleasantly through the host, but also Belvilla itself was easy to reach via the airbnb app. 5 stars! if we go to south Limburg again we will come back!

The Villa was luxurious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was excellent, only downside was we did not have much of pots and pan to cook for 7 people. If you are reaching this resort by taxi, you have to go to the reception check-in, and take the key and ask the taxi driver to drop you at the Villa entrance. If you release the taxi before checking in, then you have to carry your luggage up to the villa entrance, which is about 7 minutes walk from the reception. We had released the taxi before checking in and we had to walk with our heavy luggage, which was very uncomfortable. The reception does not have the option of dropping you and your luggage up to Villa. Regarding the villa it was just like on the Photo. Our entire family enjoyed the stay. There’s a beautiful backyard garden for relaxing and can have an evening dinner. The surrounding area is very calm and Beautiful. There is a bus stop 600 m away from the villa and a supermarket near the reception.

A wonderful place for everyone: Nature-lovers, romantic couples, young parents, pet owners, small groups... It is not located in city center, so if you also want to wonder the city around, having a car can ease the transportation. But Maastricht public transport is quite timely, frequent and wellcoming. We had a great time in Maastricht. Accommodation, weather and Dormio offers such as bakery left nothing to be desired. Only the mattresses of the beds were a little too soft for our circumstances.

Iolanda was an exceptionally kind and attentive host. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and provided all the comfort one could ask for. It was equipped with everything needed to ensure a wonderful stay. Nestled in a peaceful and charming setting, the location was ideal for a relaxing retreat while also offering fast and easy connections to both Germany and Belgium. A perfect balance of tranquility and convenience! I would highly recommend staying here!

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.
