The property is located on the waterfront of Skjelbred with a lovely view. Driveway for car up to parking space just behind the cabin. For an additional fee, you can rent a boat. From Skjelbred you drive inshore by boat into Egersund city center or a few minutes out Norda strait towards Eigerøy lighthouse and a bustling fishing life. (Only applies to summer) The cabin contains: 1st floor: vestibule, bathroom/laundry room and living room/kitchen. 2nd floor: hallway, toilet room and 4 bedrooms Baby chair and travel bed are available.

Lighthouse from 1895 with housing and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a reef at the end of Rekefjord. Original furniture from the time when the lighthouse keepers and their families lived in the lighthouse. Welcome to idyllic Rødland. Here you can relax and listen to the birds singing and the water rippling in the stream. Fantastic hiking opportunities and nice marked trails. Cosy little cabin for 2-3 people. Swimming and fishing opportunities right outside the cabin. Toilet in a separate building right next to the cabin (without a shower) The kitchen in the cabin was renovated in June 2024. Bedroom refurbished in April 2026.
