Räder für Kurzstrecken stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung, wir führen aber keinen kurzfristigen Pannenservice durch . Vor der Tür: PKW Stellplatz, kostenlos. Waschmaschinen und Trockner in einem Gemeinschaftsraum. Aus Sicherheitsgründen für kleinere Kinder nicht geeignet.

Vacation home "Hye" farm Ruemland

Our holiday farm "Ruemland" in a secluded location was completely renovated in 2022 and offers a total of four apartments. "Hye" is an apartment for two to three people on the ground floor with an additional sofa bed in the living area. Like all our apartments, it is modernly furnished in the Danish-Nordic style. In the living and dining area there is also a cozy fireplace that spreads cozy warmth. But the "wide country in view" can also be enjoyed from the spacious terrace with evening sun.

The apartment is located in a listed thatched house built around 1830 in the attic. It can accommodate 4 people on two levels in a stylish ambiance in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichstadt, the rivers Treene and Eider with swimming areas and the North Sea. The seaside resort of Sankt Peter Ording is about 40 km away. A beach chair can be used there free of charge. The house is located on a large property and invites you to relax with the view of the green meadows.

The apartment is very comfortably furnished and modernly equipped. It is located on the 2nd floor of a completely newly built farmhouse in 2011 in the middle of fields - pure nature & tranquility. The approx. 41 square meters offer plenty of space. A pet is welcome. Smart TV and fast internet are provided. The house is equipped with underfloor heating. Our large apartment has space for the whole family! On over 110 m² and a large, completely fenced garden, nothing is left to be desired. Want to warm up after a long walk on the dike? Then enjoy the Finnish sauna and make yourself comfortable in the breaks in front of the fireplace. Or would you like to barbecue comfortably in the garden after a sunny day on the beach? We have furnished the apartment so that you can feel really comfortable and relax!

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

In this 60 sqm apartment, you will almost feel like you are in a tree house. You go in at ground level and look back into the treetops. Bedroom 1: wall-to-wall bed platform, 160 x 2 m. Bedroom 2: sofa bed, workstation with screen and printer. The small bathtub is inside. A large, west-facing balcony is also included. There are two charging stations directly opposite. Here you can charge your electric car for free for up to three hours.

Borby 3 country bakery with private terrace

Here you will stay in the stylish country bakery 3 with its own outdoor terrace. The building is quietly located. Inside, a beautiful country kitchen with a 110 cm wide range cooker, a stylish bedroom and a new bathroom with walk-in shower await you. Pictures will follow at the end of 2022, as we are currently in the final phase of the renovation... It's just a few meters to the promenade and you can also walk to the old town quickly.

Vacation home #2 North Frisia

Enjoy beautiful vacations in this peaceful and centrally-located place in Mildstedt. The apartment in the small cottage, which is over 100 years old, was newly renovated and refurnished in July 2022. In the small apartment you will find everything you need for relaxing days near the coast. A bedroom with a cozy, new 160 cm bed, a small kitchen, with two induction plates and a cozy dining area, as well as a small shower room.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The place has very good amenities and many extras. You can dream in a box-spring bed with 180 x 200 cm, and in the bathroom you can decide whether you want to bathe comfortably in the 190 x 90 cm bathtub, with a rain shower or a small massage shower head. For a child or a 3rd person, there is also a guest room, which can also be used as a study. You can cook in the kitchen.

It has an open living area with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is also a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. It is a non-smoking apartment, a grill is available
