The spacious apartment is located on the first floor in our completely newly renovated semi-detached house "Haus Sertürner". We have two apartments in the same house and two more right next to it! Apartment no. 3 has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. An extra bed is provided. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Both the living room and bedroom have a smart TV. There is plenty of space for an extra bed in the living room.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

My space offers business people and private travelers a stylishly furnished place to comfortably arrive and work in the Documenta city of Kassel. I use the apartment myself as a creative office and have set it up so that I personally feel very comfortable there. During the hot days, a fan and air conditioning ensure a cool head. Travelers arriving by car will particularly appreciate the free parking space at the house.
