Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room there is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. On both, 2 people can comfortably sleep. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment.
