The modern apartment on the ground floor for sole use is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers. The apartment has a living area of 32 sqm and has been completely newly created and furnished. Due to an access control with a number code, a hassle-free check-in (even at night) is possible !

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
