Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June we offer a meal basket for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer, homemade bread, cheese glass with fruit)+ €6 with a Btl de Chateaugay.

Studio on one level, located in the heart of the medieval city in a historic district and very quiet. All shops are nearby, as well as restaurants . Super-Besse station, located 7 km away, is served by regular shuttle in season. Many hiking trails start directly from the heart of the city. A wide choice of activities is offered by the tourist office located a few steps away, in both summer and winter.

The Chalet des Clarines is a 5-minute walk to the village of Saint Genès Champespe, 1000 m above sea level. It is close to Besse and Super Besse. In a very cozy atmosphere, the Chalet des Clarines welcomes you in a green setting, with a view from the south-facing terrace of the Monts du Cantal, and a view at the back of the Massif du Sancy. My accommodation welcomes couples and families with children.
