A wonderful setting to start the day overlooking the mountains or simply enjoy the peace of the Bavarian countryside. The apartment features a generous living room with a comfortable lounge area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and three inviting bedrooms — two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and WC, an additional separate WC, and a washer-dryer. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Everything you need is within walking distance in Münsing, including a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and several excellent restaurants. Just a few minutes away, Lake Starnberg is perfect for lakeside walks, cycling and water activities. The nearby Alps offer countless opportunities for hiking, day trips and, in winter, days in the mountains. The location offers the best of both worlds: the peace and charm of a Bavarian village surrounded by nature, while Munich can be reached by car in approximately 35 minutes. Spacious cottage on Lake Starnberg (400 m) in the south of Tutzing. Very quiet location in idyllic garden with pond and stream (therefore not suitable for children). First floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

My family and I have been renting the newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment since September 2024 in a beautiful Upper Bavarian location. In the immediate vicinity is the metropolis of Munich, Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz. The location is excellent for outdoor activities such as mountain biking or hiking. In winter, it is a very good starting point for skiing in Lenggries. Achsensee is 45/50 minutes away. Entry to the cross-country ski trails at Moosham or Ascholding are just 5 km away!
