Sie liegt 35 km südlich von München, 13 km vom Starnberger See und 19 km von der sehenswerten Stadt Bad Tölz entfernt. Die schönen Isarauen sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 1 Minute mit dem Auto. Gut ausgebaute Radnetze sind auch vorhanden. Im Nachbarort gibt es S-Bahn Anschluss nach München.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Only for 1 or 2 Persons (included Children)! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!
