We are renting a 95 square meter spacious and quiet apartment in the countryside, in close proximity to Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath. In the immediate vicinity are the museum village "Freilichtmuseum am Kiekeberg" and the "Wildpark Schwarze Berge." In the village there is a supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. Designated hiking and riding trails as well as bike paths start right outside the front door. Both Hamburg city center and Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath can be reached in 30 minutes.

Heathland Dream

The house is located in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest, approx. 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. A tastefully furnished complete, ground-level floor awaits you. You can enjoy the large, well-kept garden, with magnificent views into the distance. For a small fee, it is possible to book a yoga or Qi Gong lesson. Four bicycles for excursions in the heath are available. We are also happy to pick up guests from the train station in Lüneburg for a small extra charge.

Luhmühlen Vacation Rental

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for up to 3 people. There is a living room with sofa bed and adjoining shower room, and a small bedroom with single bed and separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped. Linens, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket 2 km. It is a 5-minute walk to the AZL Luhmühlen, and to the Westergellerser Heide event site it is approx. 20 minutes' walk (2 km)

We are extremely popular as a transit stop for vacation trips and are close to the Autobahn. Experience peace.

Starting from here is just a stone's throw to the "Heidepark Soltau" (amusement park), Snow dome Bispingen (ski park), Wildpark Lüneburger Heide and Serengeti Park (wildlife parks), etc… Take your bike or grab your horse and conquer the area! The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Happy Place Gödenstorf

Our Happy Place is located 40km south of Hamburg near the A7, 20km from Lüneburg. Seven years ago, our family decided to move from Hamburg to the country. Since then Gödenstorf has become our Happy Place. In 2017, we decided to build an apartment in our farm roof and share our Happy Place with guests. Our Shetland ponies, and our three children, are looking forward to taking our guests along for the ride.
