The house is 150 years old and recently completely renovated with a delicious mix of old charm and modern design. A peaceful place, with the river and nature just outside the living window, at the same time within 10 minutes walking distance to Eigersund city centre and 20 min to the train station. There is plenty of space in the living room for more than 5 guests and upon request and an addition to the price, two rooms +bathrooms in the basement can be disposed so that there will be 10 beds. Some details of the home remain once the photos were taken, but will be completed before hosting.

There is room for everyone around the long table, and in the living rooms for a piano lesson or unwind with a good book in front of the fireplace. Large apartment. Downtown. Possibility of boat rental for sea fishing. Salmon river nearby. Scenic surroundings with lovely garden that must be experienced! Here you can relax inside or outside, and maybe grab a BBQ meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna runs right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have a salmon dish here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is 2 minutes drive from our house. 5 min by car to Knee Raceway.

We rent out our funkish house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has high standards. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom attached to this bedroom. Outside, a large terrace with a lot of living space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Only 50 meters from the house, there is a lake with an unguarded beach, perfect for summer swims and picnics. We are surrounded by mountains, pastures, and sheep.

The apartment is located at the end of our residential house with its own entrance and with access to both garden and sun nook. Our goats graze on the field right next door and are fond of both cuddles and some bread food😊 We ask that our tenants leave the apartment in the same condition as when you got it, cleaned and ready for new guests.
