The Little House

The house is located 15 km southwest of the city of Graz. It is 5 km to the A2 and 10 minutes to the A9 (where you can drive towards Slovenia/Croatia or towards Salzburg). The spacious house (130 m²) is characterized by a quiet hillside location with an approximately 80 m² terrace, as well as a very nice view. The house is well located for those passing through. But it is also very interesting for vacationers. You can reach many places in southern and western Styria in a relatively short time.

Treetops

Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Welcome to our little farm As our guest, you'll sleep with a view of the forest and meadows, relax in the garden sauna, and shower in the cozy cabin. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the vineyards in the middle of the Riede Schäming/St. Anna am Aigen. With its rustic elegance and modern amenities, it offers the ideal retreat for couples, families and friends. It has one bedroom, bathroom/toilet, kitchen for 4 people. Sit back and relax in this stylish and modern accommodation in a quiet location in the volcanic region. Or enjoy long evenings on the jetty and cool off in your own bathing pond. There is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside). The fireplace and designer furniture create a cozy atmosphere. (Note: Room height upstairs is only 1.60 m)

Bring the whole family and relax in this special, quiet and spacious accommodation. A stair lift and accessible bathrooms make this place barrier-free. You will find a climbing castle, sandbox, parking spaces for bicycles, toys and books. Ride your bike to the seaside resort or visit the castle. The nearest spa is only 30 minutes away by car and the Zotter chocolate factory is 20 minutes by foot via the gourmet hiking trail.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
