Holiday rentals with a patio in Eerbeek

I booked Jennifer's apartment for a business trip. The small, well-equipped and clean apartment is located in a listed farmhouse in a quiet, rural location. Many attractions in the Lower Rhine region can be reached quickly by car. Jennifer was a friendly host, communication was quick and smooth. I can recommend the apartment. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Nijmegen city centre. Comfortable beds, delicious kitchen and beautiful living room. Leon always responded very quickly and was helpful.

Very nice cottage! And a nice cozy layout. Beautiful green plants in the house and a fresh forest of hyacinths on the table. We were cold when entering but the place was heated very quickly. From the cottage, you can walk into the woods to various clog paths. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others, and I would definitely book it again myself. I had a great stay. The apartment was spacious and clean . Jill was such a great and attentive host. I would absolutely stay here again.

What a great weekend we had. Top location. Very nice and clean apartment. Berlinda welcomed us very kindly. 1 time breakfast taken and this was above expectations so much choice. We really liked that Diederik and his cheerful dog came to have a chat with us in the evening when we were sitting outside under the veranda. Not for nothing an extra night booked. In short, it was a very nice first experience through Air B&B. (5 stars and more from us!

We had a great time at Uwe's place. The environment - that of a farm - i.e. located in the middle of the fields, and in the immediate proximity of pets (horses, ponies...) allowed us to recharge our batteries. The scenery around Uwe's accommodation, a small semi-middle-floor house, is very peaceful. Please note that it is preferable to have a vehicle (which can be parked just in front of the house) to reach and leave this accommodation as well as for shopping. However, throughout this region, many bike paths have been arranged along the main roads, most of the time well separated from the lanes reserved for cars, and moreover in very flat terrain. In fact, getting around by bicycle, moreover if it is electric, is an alternative (which is very pleasant) to consider for visitors traveling light. In any case, we are delighted with our stay.

It was all to our complete satisfaction! Exactly what we imagined for our honeymoon. It was quiet and relaxed, you could really switch off there. The house was very high quality and clean. Simply chic! We felt very comfortable. Natalia was always available, you always felt well taken care of. She also always informed us about possible activities or restaurants and Lolale. Nothing negative can be said! It was just perfect!

Great place to stay for our party of 5. Right on the lake but a short 10 minute walk to town and eating places. We loved our stay here

We felt very comfortable right away and as three couples including a small child, we had everything we needed, enough space and a kitchen that left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back :)

This cottage in Groesbeek is wonderful! There is a super nice garden that is very neatly maintained and where you can enjoy the silence with only some croaking frogs in the pond. The cottage is very spacious, it was very neat and clean when we arrived, and there are many amenities that make the stay pleasant. The location is great and the hot tub and sauna are of course also super luxurious. We had a great time! Thank you.

A very nice and modern holiday home – it is in the middle of the settlement, but we still had the feeling of being in the forest. The best thing is the sliding windows, we often ate outside. The furnishings are very, very good, the interior design is great. The busy roads are far away and the neighbourhood is very quiet - sometimes there is absolute silence.

Right at the beginning, we were personally and warmly welcomed and received a detailed tour of the property. Everything was clean, neat and as described. A clear recommendation for everyone! I'd be happy to come back.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

Josette welcomes you with a smile that matches her personality. Warm and communicative 🥰 I recommend 100% to stay with Josette. The accommodation is cozy, relaxing with all the necessities. We hope to be able to return there.

We loved our stay with Werner and Friederike. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times, and they even left some welcome presents for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful and artistic, every detail has been taken care of. The garden is incredible. We enjoyed our days at Werner's and Friederike's house thoroughly and we highly recommend to stay with them.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Nice ground floor apartment, spacious enough and great location compared to the center of Arnhem. Unfortunately, no access to the garden at the back for the bikes, only through the house.

The space was clean and cozy, even though the furniture was a little older. But this did not detract from the stay – everything was functional and in good condition. The contact with the hostess was very pleasant, friendly and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place!

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable
