Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. Sorry no pets!

"This 1 bed cottage is situated in the heart of the beautiful Ballater, Royal Deeside. It has just been newly renovated making it a bit of luxury for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and place to hide the suitcases, drawers and a T. V. A Z bed and a travel cot are available on request when booking. It has a wood burner and a Scottish theme throughout. We have aimed to make this a cosy and comfortable getaway for you to enjoy.

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Rowan Cottage - dog friendly with firepit

Renovated with space and comfort in mind, it sits on the edge of capo woods - an ancient Scots pine forest. The main room is huge and combines the kitchen, dinning room and sitting room allowing everyone to socialise together. We are doggie friendly too, so the whole family can come too. ** Please note - we have sadly been affected by both storm Arwen and Corrie , which has altered the landscape ,with 80% of the woodland destroyed , updated photos coming soon ***

Small apartment in the center of Crail

A brand new apartment in an outbuilding in our garden. Two story, plus a bed in the mezzanine. The bedroom and bath room are downstairs. Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.
