If you want a holiday full of sea, calmness and peace, you are definitely in the right place. We spent 2 very peaceful and enjoyable days with our friends at Ms. Başak's house. Everything you need has been thought of in a villa that is completely yours and right by the sea. The inside of the villa was clean. She was very friendly, sincere and a local. First of all, Ms Belgin is a very sweet, friendly and helpful landlord. It made us very comfortable. I went with my family and two little dogs. I was very comfortable. I cooked the food I wanted at home in the kitchen. The rooms have been freshly painted. The seats were new furniture. The balcony pleasure was unique. Although we went on the holiday, there was no noise, crowd, chaos. It's a very pleasant, calm, and serene place. We had a great time. The sea is already the northern Aegean. It was magnificent. The location of the house, the historical textures around it, its spacious and peaceful garden, the fact that it is in touch with nature, its attentive decoration... everything was almost fairytale. The environment is very authentic and calm, every detail is thought out. Since we stayed in April, nature was awakening; the sea was beautiful, the days with the sounds of birds are different. We really enjoyed it. The hosts, Ms. Başak and Mr. Celesay, were extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful people. Thanks to them, we felt very comfortable and safe. It was a short vacation for us but very good for our soul. We sincerely appreciate everything.

We stayed for 3 nights as two people. We were very comfortable because it was right in the center of the places we wanted to visit. The sea is really close and Ms. Belgin has built a beautiful pier. Thus, we were able to swim and sunbathe comfortably and did not look for another place for the sea. The house was very clean and everything was considered. We received the necessary warnings and advice before coming, and Ms. Belgin was very helpful in that regard. He also gave us materials for the barbecue and we had a barbecue in the garden. It's a great location, of course, as long as you have a car, the house is sparkling clean. It has a wonderful view, a house where 3 families (with few or no children) can easily stay, in a location where you can easily reach the bays, some by car and some on foot, most importantly, Murat is very interested and relevant.

Here is the one of the most authentic place we have ever been. Selahattin and his friends have been constructing here for three years. The habitat and ongoing construction in a very natural and beautiful harmony. Ones who look for five star hotel comfort, cannot find here what they look for. However here gave us ten star hotel experience or I don't know maybe fifteen star :)))) We feel lucky to have stayed here and met with Selahattin..

The location of the house is spectacular, one of the best locations to stay in Akçay. Very close to the sea, grocery store, shopping, bazaar everywhere. We had everything at our fingertips. There are enough kitchen items in the house, you can cook. There is laundry, dishwasher. The air conditioning doesn't seem to be too overcool, but it was enough for us. We stayed for a week and were completely satisfied. Mr. Kağan quickly returned our questions, thanks to Mr. Mustafa, he quickly supported us whenever we needed help, he went above and beyond. Someone who is very friendly, caring, and willing to delight their guest. Thank you very much for everything. I recommend it.

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The house was spotless and tidy. The kitchen utensils were sufficient for two people. It is a great place for those looking for a peaceful holiday. It has its own pier, it is great to have a sandy area, it is very difficult to swim from the stones. We loved the olive trees and the sounds of birds. As a recommendation, if alternative light is used in the house, it will create a wonderful ambiance. We enjoyed it very much, thank you for everything. ♥️
