Monthly Rentals in Edmonston

My wife and daughter had a great stay at Jessica's clean and welcoming basement apartment. Their report: It was a very short walk to Hyattsville's shops and restaurants, and we appreciated having a private entrance and convenient parking. The apartment had all the amenities listed and more. We appreciated Jessica graciously allowing us to receive an Amazon order of some items we forgot to bring. She was a great host! We hope to be able to stay there again when we visit friends and family in the area.

This place was great and in a great location. There were several spaces for people to hang out and/or watch tv without overcrowding any specific area. There were enough dishes to cook and eat a decent meal. The house is located 3 mins away from a beautiful park that had all the amenities. We were also super close to shopping, eating, and D.C.. of course. Great sized backyard. Children's park across the street. We had an accident in the house and the host was very responsive, sending help within minutes (thanks Rocsheen). Parking, however, is very limited. Overall, a wonderful home and great time. Thank you for having us.

Upon arrival there was a personalized welcome sign for our little family, our kids loved that and the snacks, thank you. The house was clean and they had Comfortable beds, very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay, I used the washer and dryer and they worked great. Would love to stay again.

Very comfortable stay and very convenient for our purposes. Julian was very responsive and friendly. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
