You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We live locally so can meet guests on arrival and be available for any questions or to provide information about local amenities. The apartment is located in the Abbeyhill area of Edinburgh. It's a 10-minute walk to Holyrood Palace, a great selection of independent cafes, bars, bakeries, and good public transport to other parts of the city. The apartment is exactly one mile from Waverley Train Station which is a lovely 15/20min walk or 5mins in a taxi ride. Edinburgh Airport is located outwith the city, this is either a 30/40mins taxi ride (£20-25), or an airport bus or the tram and then a 15/20mins walk (or a second bus/taxi). A stunning and spacious contemporary 2 bedroom apartment in luxury development close to Edinburgh Castle and the city centre. This unique apartment is spread over two floors with a study area overlooking the reception space via a glass balcony. The development overlooks The Meadows, a beautiful green space, and is incredibly quiet. There is a 24-hour Concierge and a selection of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket within the development, which a walk away from city centre and attractions.

Steps off the Royal Mile, comfortable 2 bed flat

The apartment is very central and safe, just steps off the Royal Mile within the Old Fishmarket by St Giles cathedral. Just 5 minutes walk to top attractions such as the Museum of Scotland, the National Gallery, Festival theatre and the Castle. Waverley station, the Meadows , George Street and the New Town beyond are easy walks away too. Great for sightseers, old and young and is NOT a party flat. My family use the apartment when working in Edinburgh and so it is more a second home than a hotel.

It is in an ideal location to explore our wonderful city. It is situated on the third floor and on one side has superb views of the Edinburgh landscape such as Calton Hill with its eclectic collection of monuments, on the other the Royal Mile itself - a great place to watch the pageantry at Festival time.

Our lovely spacious apartment is part of a city centre Category A Listed building from the Georgian period in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town. The area dates from the 18th Century and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. All around you are cobbled streets, beautiful Georgian architecture and plenty of great cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s a very safe and quiet area, and just a short walk to the mediaeval Old Town, and to the lovely adjoining local neighbourhood of Stockbridge.
