Holiday rentals with lake access in Edertal

We (2 adults and 1 toddler) spent a few days at Lake Edersee and enjoyed staying with Gerhard very much. The apartment is very cozy and spacious and offers a wonderful view of Waldeck Castle. Gerhard and his wife were always approachable for us, extremely friendly and helpful. Highlight (especially with toddler) was the massage chair we liked to use. The lake is not in the immediate vicinity, but is also easily accessible by bus and the Waldecker Geckobahn.

Lovingly furnished, super equipped and a great view - we didn't lack anything. We felt very comfortable right away!

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

We felt completely comfortable with Monika! A very nice well-kept house. Everything you needed was there. We didn't get bored either, We were also able to make good use of the many board games, as we unfortunately had no luck with the weather. We will be happy to come back!

A very nice place to stay. Although it is a bit remote, it is an excellent place to relax, especially thanks to the wellness area.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful cottage! From the first second, we felt welcome. The hosts responded very quickly to our requests and the entire process went smoothly. The house itself is a dream: stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is cozy and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the magnificent terrace and balcony with breathtaking views of the lake - the perfect place for relaxing evenings. The surroundings are also a highlight: pure nature and great excursion options. Whether for a romantic getaway or a family holiday – this holiday home is an absolute recommendation! We will definitely be back! 🌟

Very great location right on the river with bathing jetty and boat. Cozy seating areas outdoors. The apartment is very stylish, great rooms with wooden floor and partly glazed half-timbered overlooking the river and nature. The kitchen is great and well-equipped. The sauna and wood stove were a delight on the cool evenings and in the beds it sleeps very well. For 5 people we had generous space.

Stayed there for four nights, it was really nice. Modern apartment in which nothing is missing. Even mosquito repellent at windows. Breakfast on the balcony with a great forest view and wonderful birdsong. After the excursions to the Skywalk/ski jump, to the Curioseum and especially to the beautiful forest swimming pool, which is within walking distance, I enjoyed the coolness of the apartment. The friendliness in the communication and the attentiveness of the host were simply great. Thank you. I'd love to come back Will be happy to come again.

Excellent apartment, tasteful and modern decor, everything worked fine. Everything seemed as good as new (February 2025). Good comfortable beds. Winterberg is nearby by car. Beautiful view. Quiet location. Easy to find. Key exchange went smoothly. In short, not so much to criticize actually.

The view is really fantastic! This, combined with the luxurious look of the apartment and the wonderful terrace, makes this a great experience. The kitchen is beautiful, practical and complete. Everything else was fine. Andreas is very nice and the communication was excellent. We'd love to come back.

Nice attic apartment on the Fulda with great view. Tram in front of the door, shopping within walking distance - a really good alternative in a quiet location!

Dream apartment at a top location!! Lovingly and very stylishly furnished apartment near Winterberg with direct lake access. The apartment has all the amenities we needed for our short trip and even more than that ( sauna, hi-fi projector in the bedroom!) Unfortunately we had to leave earlier, but we'd love to come back! !

Everything fine as previously rated. Only the bed in the bedroom was a bit too narrow for us with 1.40 m width for two people. But overall, we would like to book again. Thanks for the stay.

Wonderful stay, very calm, close to different things to do or see. House immaculate

Very cozy accommodation, 4 min walk from Silver Lake. Parking is great, garden, barbecue, sun loungers, sun swing and outdoor children's toys provided. The kitchen is well equipped. The only drawback for people with small children is that the house is clairaudient, you can hear the wood creaking when you walk around the upper floor. The Wi-Fi is very weak and you hardly have any network there, not tragic but planning a little annoying for excursions, working from home would not be possible. Otherwise great accommodation, offers a lot in the vicinity. Every space was used from the house so that 6 people have enough space. We would come back.

Very nice holiday cottage with really dedicated property manager. We were there over the weekend with 5 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and felt comfortable.

Very nice stay at wolfgang. Beautiful park in a special landscape. Short lines with the manager via app. Very neat house with BBQ bikes sunbed for outdoor. And a beautiful view. minus was a creaking staircase but that is a small detail. Highly recommended for a delightful stay

We had the pleasure of enjoying a rustic yet beautifully decorated place. The amenities were complete, and there was everything you need for a comfortable stay. Particularly noteworthy are the electric cars for children – they were a complete success and provided a lot of joy! Unfortunately, we couldn't try the hot tub due to the weather, but that doesn't detract from the positive impression. We felt completely comfortable and look forward to coming back.
