Villa Laura is located 80 meters from the sea in the private and residential complex "La Perla Marina". On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area, a beautiful kitchen, a double bedroom (with two beds) and a bathroom. On the first floor is the sleeping area which is composed as follows: a master bedroom with terrace, private bathroom and balcony, and another double bedroom with private bathroom. In the annex, which is totally independent, there is a bedroom and a private bathroom.

The house consists of a garden, a huge terrace, inside an elegant air-conditioned open space consisting of a kitchen with a peninsula where you can enjoy the sea view, a spacious living room with a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable bed with 2 other seats, an air-conditioned bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed for children or friends, a bathroom with two toilets provided with linen. Pets are welcome. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
