This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.

The Lucky Homestead...owner-occupied, charming garden cottage in South Minneapolis, built in 1907, blocks from the Mississippi River. Peaceful, quiet, neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 10 minute drive to U of M, St. Thomas, St. Kate's. My daughter and I live on the main level. This listing is for the garden-level, basement apartment. There is an egress window in the living room and small glass block windows in the kitchen and bedroom.

I am literally about 10 minutes from everywhere - the airport, downtown, Mall of America. Private basement "suite" includes a living room with large screen tv with Netflix. Your bedroom has a Beauty-rest World Class bed (Westin uses this one) with black-out blinds. The luxurious jet tub will profoundly calm and relax you. Microwave, mini-fridge and dishware are available. Massage therapy/acupuncture is available by appointment.
