Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Less than a mile to the Water Park, Pecos River recreation area and many parks including Friendship Park and Playground on the Pecos. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is a 6-minute drive. Carlsbad Caverns National Park is only 28 miles away. Sitting Bull Falls in about an hour’s drive and so is McKittrick Canyon and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Come play in our town!

The kitchen is fully stocked and a new grill located in backyard oasis.

Carlsbad Cozy Little House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

This beautiful home is located right across the street from the Pecos River! This is an excellent launch pad to visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, Sitting Bull Falls, etc. It is centrally located to the grocery stores and best restaurants. Carlsbad Beach Park is less than a 5-minute walk. After a day of exploring, relax in the large backyard, or cross the street to enjoy the Pecos River!

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
