Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

The space includes refrigerated air, washer and dryer, wi-fi, cable tv, complete kitchen for cooking, microwave, grill, porch swing, patio table and chairs, shady fenced yard, covered carport and patio, clothes line, iron and ironing board, 55 " tv in living room and one bedroom has a small tv. The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
