Welcome to The Little Farmhouse. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. This guesthouse shares one acre with the main house. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and/or trailer parking. Pets are welcome. Home has forced air heating & cooling and is built within the workshop (guests will not have access and are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 25 minutes to the caverns.

The master suite features a king bed and walk-in shower, with two additional queen bedrooms. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, warm showers, and a kitchen with modern appliances, coffee maker, blender, and basic cookware—an exceptional stay and a great deal. We recently added a hot tub.

Riverside Home #2

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

Ponderosa pines surround a spacious and serene place to relax after a long day at the national parks or work. Enjoy the unique indoor space as well as ample outdoor space. The circle drive provides easy access. The game room and large kitchen provide space to enjoy friends and family time. The back yard is still under improvement. The Koi pond is home for the fish, please be respectful to their space.

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.

This old Church building is the perfect setting to rest your head while you enjoy all Carlsbad has to offer. This charming apartment has a lovely bathroom as well as access to a great courtyard with grill and fire pit.
