The Little Farmhouse

Welcome to The Little Farmhouse. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. This guesthouse shares one acre with the main house. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and/or trailer parking. Pets are welcome. Home has forced air heating & cooling and is built within the workshop (guests will not have access and are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 25 minutes to the caverns.

The Jalapeño- Historic Adobe Home in Walkable Area

Experience True New Mexico in this traditional Adobe home in Carlsbad. Built in the 1920s, this home has been lovingly updated to modern standards while keeping its rustic charm. Wood ceilings, southwestern decor, & thick adobe walls for peace and quiet. Upstairs there is a kitchen, large living room with 2 sofas & formal dining room. Downstairs in the daylight basement, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds & 2 twins. Sleeps up to 8 guests! Great location- walk to Albertsons or CVS or restaurants!

Carlsbad Cozy Little House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

Enchanted Ponderosa

Ponderosa pines surround a spacious and serene place to relax after a long day at the national parks or work. Enjoy the unique indoor space as well as ample outdoor space. The circle drive provides easy access. The game room and large kitchen provide space to enjoy friends and family time. The back yard is still under improvement. The Koi pond is home for the fish, please be respectful to their space.

The Fountain

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located single family residence newly renovated from top to bottom. This property provides a quaint and cozy space to relax and wind down. This unique place has a style all its own. Today's Día de los Muertos celebrations are a mash-up of pre-Hispanic religious rites and Christian feasts. This old Church building is the perfect setting to rest your head while you enjoy all Carlsbad has to offer. This charming apartment has a lovely bathroom as well as access to a great courtyard with grill and fire pit.
