This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. We want all our guests to have a relaxing & comfortable stay. We have many perks, bottled water in the fridge & upstairs bedrooms to welcome our guest. Coffee, tea, and hot coco with condiments - to get your stay started. The internet is fast and reliable. We offer self check in and enhanced cleaning protocols. Recently we added an outdoor gas fire pit so our guest could spend some time enjoying the stars. We are away from the city with easy access to the highway. Adding more outdoor space.

Newly renovated and spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house. If you are staying in Artesia for business, work, or pleasure, you can't beat this quiet neighborhood 3 minutes from FLETC and Artesia golf course. Enjoy the HUGE griddle grill that will have the guys taking over meals and give mom the break she deserves. Artesia doesn't have a movie theater but we do! Plenty of parking space including trailers if needed. Enjoy all South East NM has to offer while staying in this centrally located home.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.
