The Meidoorn is one of two apartments available at Kwadijkerbos. It’s a spacious studio with French doors that open onto a terrace bordering the woodland garden. Kitchen: The kitchen includes a 4-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, and an electric kettle with tea and coffee provided. Cooking and dining utensils are available, as well as a tea towel, hand towel and dishcloth. The kitchen also features a bar with bar stools where you can enjoy a meal or a drink. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower you won’t want to leave. Shampoo and soap are provided. You’ll also find a sink, mirror, hairdryer, and a toilet. Sleeping area: Relax in the extra-long king-size bed (2.20 m). Above the bed hangs a TV that lowers at the push of a button—perfect for binge-watching from bed. Stream your favorite series or movies easily using your apps on your phone. Terrace: The terrace faces east; with a bit of luck, you can watch the sun rise through the trees while enjoying breakfast outside. The Meidoorn is slightly smaller than the other apartment but has an extra window overlooking the forest—an ideal spot for observing birds such as treecreepers, ring-necked parakeets, wrens, and many others. Garden: The property includes nearly one hectare of woodland, directly accessible from your apartment. In the forest you’ll find a lit fire pit—perfect for roasting marshmallows in the evening. Or spend a quiet afternoon by the pond on the deck, reading a book from one of the lounge chairs.

Kwadijkerbos - Vlier

The Vlierbloesem is one of two apartments available at Kwadijkerbos. It’s a spacious studio with French doors opening onto a sunny east-facing terrace. Kitchen: The kitchen includes a 4-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, and an electric kettle with tea and coffee provided. Cooking and dining utensils are available, as well as a tea towel, hand towel and dishcloth. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower you won’t want to leave. Shampoo and soap are provided. You’ll also find a sink, mirror, and hairdryer. The apartment has a separate toilet. Sleeping area: Relax in the extra-long king-size bed (2.20 m). Above the bed hangs a TV that lowers at the push of a button—perfect for binge-watching your favorite series from bed. Stream your favorite shows or movies easily using your apps on your phone. Terrace: The terrace faces east; with a bit of luck, you can watch the sun rise through the trees while having breakfast outside. The Vlierbloesem is 35 m² and offers a bright, airy space. Garden: The garden consists of nearly one hectare of woodland, planted in the 1960s by Staatsbosbeheer. A small path takes you directly into this native forest. There you’ll find a lit fire pit—perfect for roasting marshmallows in the evening—or you can spend a quiet afternoon by the pond on the deck, reading a book from one of the lounge chairs.

Een fijn, ruim, licht, kleurrijk gezinshuis midden in het oud historische pittoreske Edam. Een parel verstopt in de rust en het groen, op steenworp afstand (25 minuten met de directe bus) van Amsterdam. Een sfeervol huis voor gezinnen die de omgeving willen verkennen, met een kindproof terugval basis. En/of voor gasten die op zoek zijn naar rust en vertraging deze zomer. In de tuin (op het zuiden) is het goed vertoeven. In de avond de lampjes dan nog aan... Welkom bij de vergulde zwaan.. 🧡

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located characteristic place. You are in the countryside, in a rural area. You can walk to the lake (Markermeer) and have a swim. There are some restaurants, the famous cheese-market and you can rent a boat to see Edam through te canals. You can visit beautiful old villages near by on our bikes. In twenty kilometers you are in Amsterdam city. There is a very good connection by bus, it takes twenty minutes. A comfortable chance to visit the museums.

Dutch family house in Edam (20 min from Amsterdam)

Due to new regulations we wil offer priority for retuning guests. Please inform for availibitity. One minute from the bus station in Edam. 20 minutes from city center Amsterdam, safe, causy, quiet & child-friendly neighbourhood. A 100 meters from the known Edam cheese markets. From here: visit most of the Netherlands within 2 hours drive. Perfect for a family with one or two children. You will be renting the whole house, with garden. Bathtub in a fully niew bathroom ! Fireplace NOT in use.

Beautiful well located country house (No party's)

Detached house in a central location in Purmerend.(No Party's) Located on the border of beautiful Kwadijk, surrounded by nature. A wonderful place with many beautiful cycling routes and a river is near the house. There are several beautiful places in the area that are easy to reach, such as Amsterdam, Volendam, Monnikendam and De Beemster. At the house you can park easily. A 5 minute walk will take you to the nearest bus stop. From here you can easily travel to, for example, Amsterdam.

In de buurt van Fort Wellness Resort Beemster (5 km), Amsterdam (20km), Zaanse Schans (15km), Volendam (10km), Graft/de Rijp(10km), het IJsselmeer of Noordzeekust.

Two bedrooms, one mezzazine, sleeps 6 people. Please note the mezzazine has a steep ladder. We prefer to host families or people with reviews. 30 minute drive to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaandam. Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.
