La casa es súper linda y moderna, con cuartos grandes y una vista al mar espectacular. Lo único incómodo fue el camino para llegar, ya que no está asfaltado y el GPS nos llevó por una ruta bastante mala. Claro, eso no es culpa de los dueños, pero vale la pena tenerlo en cuenta. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes al principio, pero Andrea nos ayudó a resolverlos rápidamente y llegamos a un buen acuerdo. Muy buena atención de su parte. Víctor, quien nos entregó las llaves, también fue una excelente persona, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Como sugerencia, recomendaría que incluyan más colchas o cobijas extras, porque con el aire acondicionado hace frío. O al menos, que se especifique si no se incluyen, para que uno pueda llevarlas. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto. La casa es preciosa y la piscina es ideal para pasarla bien y hacer una buena parrillada. ¡100% recomendada!

The place was as advertised. I truly enjoyed the tranquility and amenities. The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. High recommend if you are going with a big group and want a private space to enjoy the beach. Beautiful home.

Fue una experiencia espectucular super recomendable para pasar tiempo en familia y amigos.

Nuestra experiencia en esta casa fue maravillosa. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos pasos de la playa, y la vista desde la casa es simplemente espectacular, ideal para relajarse. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y cómodo. La anfitriona fue súper amable y atenta en todo momento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bienvenidos. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar y nos encantaría volver.

Todo lo que está descrito coincide con la realidad, espectacular la casa de Ana María, muy amplia, muy cómoda y todo muy limpio, tiene de todo, la ayuda de la señora Gina fue grandiosa. Muy recomendado.

Es una buena opción para vacacionar con familia o amigos, todo bien organizado y súper completo, nos dieron un buen recibimiento, Wendy es una persona muy atenta nos explicó cada parte de la casa y su manejo. Muchas gracias!

We are so SAD TO LEAVE and cannot wait to come back again to Carlos's FANTASTIC place. We stayed with our two toddlers for several months while in Quito area for school year, and we were welcomed like family by Carlos, his own family, and his amazing staff. The house is absolutely idyllic, with traditional white plaster and exposed wooden beams, lofted ceilings, and all the amenities one needs in kitchen (plus laundry in house!). Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and the massive patio and yard - really, a gorgeous garden of flowering and fruiting trees, palms, lovingly tended - gave us even more room to play. It feels like the world's most exclusive resort! Carlos was immediately responsive to any question we might have, and was extremely helpful offering advice for the surrounding area as well. Cumbayá (neighborhood) is precious, and Carlos's house is in the heart - we walked to the fruit market, the bakery, playground, reservoir park, plaza. We miss living there already!

That was by far the best place to relax and recharge in Puerto Ayora. Super clean, comfortable and within walking distance to everything. I particularly liked having access to a proper washing machine and a separate dryer(!) within the house, as well as fresh air throughout the day through the windows that had fitted screens to keep insects out. Monica was also very friendly and overall a great host.

5 stars all around! Our stay at Ivan’s place was exactly what we were looking for: a weekend getaway, away from the city with beautiful surroundings and most importantly peacefulness. The place is exactly as described if not nicer, perfectly clean with a fully functional kitchen and all amenities. The view and space from the balcony is perfect to relax. Ivan has been an amazing host, extremely kind, responsive and flexible. Thank you! 100% recommend and will definitely stay longer next time!

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable dans ce petit paradis en bord de mer, au calme et à quelques pas du centre de Mompiche! La vue est incroyable, les chambres sont agréables et il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine! Et Roger nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire, a été très disponible, flexible et nous a en plus gâté avec des délices du jardin! Nous sommes conquis par ce lieu, et reviendront sans hésitation!!!! Un grand merci à Roger!
