We really enjoyed staying at Paul's apartment. So much so that on the back half of our recent trip, we rebooked another stay. the apartment is centrally located with easy access to restaurants and short walk to major grocery store (Megamaxi) and a large mall (Quicentro). The building has many amenities as well, including an indoor pool. If you are driving here, the garage parking is included. We'd definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ecuador.

Excellent, I will definitely be back, we were very comfortable, and my children who are young and demanding, felt at home, and above all they loved that they have two bathrooms with a shower! My husband wanted to stay longer... (racism in him), Deysy is super nice, I definitely recommend it!!!😍😍

Large house tastefully renovated and well equipped. Very responsive host. Safe neighborhood with several services on site. Very nice, I would recommend it and would go back. Only flaw: the swimming pool is only open from Thursday to Sunday, from 12pm to 6pm. Totally unfair but it's not the host's fault, it's a site rule.

The house is beautiful very spacious, it is excellent for large groups, I only have one recommendation is that there must be more beds. But from there, the welcome was spectacular.

Everything is fine, a nearby place in Cuenca, has everything that is offered at a relatively comfortable price, excellent weather, safe, close to the road.

very attentive I loved the lodging is for a short family like us , it has for the children to play video game console , they have additional Netflix a house too refreshing the rooms and room with Split and the jacuzzi gives it the finishing touch 🥰😍 we will return if yes 💓

We had a very relaxing stay here. The house is well supplied with everything you need and comfortable. This is a great place for kids as there is the pool and trampoline. Travis and his family were very friendly and attentive.

Excellent appartment, very quiet and private, safe beautiful location, lots cafes and shops nearby, big windows so lots of natural light, comfy bed, 2 tables for work, good internet, kitchen has all you need, washer+dryer added extra comfort. Host is very responsive and friendly. We felt like at home and truly recommend!

100% recommended... Everything is excellent in the accommodation. The apartment is in very good condition and with everything you need (above all a very complete kitchen). The people in charge always attentive and with a great initiative to give you recommendations and know if everything was okay. Most importantly, you feel very safe in both the apartment and the beach area (which by the way is beautiful and with a great location and easy to get to). I'll be back.

The place is super well located , centrally located to what we needed. The super safe building and Ubers were coming quickly.

I was very happy with my stay, small details with the use of the facilities that Silvana resolved immediately, but outside of that the place is beautiful, clean, I would return without a doubt, I would recommend the place is beautiful and very clean which is what I loved most, the location is ideal.

A very well equipped apartment. Furniture, furnishings, kitchen equipment all of high quality. Plus s VERY comfortable bed in main bedroom. Balcony with views over the town with mountains in the background. Although located to the west of the old town, access to the new travia metro system was about 150 meters up the road. This costs a dollar and there are stops only 5 minutes walk from Calderon Park in front of the Cathedral. We used it most days. Many day trips are available, recommend these as a good guide will really help with the understanding of the region and country. There are supermarkets on the Travia line in either direction, but we just used cabs - a couple of bucks each way and more convenient. Maria and her sister Katrina were very helpful, we settled in very quickly, and they answered questions without any delay. All in all a very good stay - ahhh one last thing ref Travia and taxis - you will not need a hire car!
